The room was spacious with a balcony and nice bathroom and big windows that give a lot of natural light. Great location, 15 minutes away from the airport by tuktuk while being at walking distance from the busy PUB STREET. The breakfast was delicious and diverse. Very cute decoration and great staff. The restaurant in the hotel (LA TABLE DU SUD) has divine food that has very reasonable prices.

Beautiful hotel, stunning pool, great area and fantastic staff. Breakfast was wonderful, given little cakes, warm rolls, fresh fruit and juice, tea, coffee, healthy jams and and choice of pancakes, eggs, bacon etc. Room was big, bright, and modern with great bath tub and a separate shower. We had ground floor with patio. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Pool was modern, clean, clear and felt like a spa... Lovely lush plants and flowers. Very much recommend this little hidden gem off the main road.

Very nice and clean rooms, ours had a nice private terrace area and a bathtub in the living room which are nice touches; It's central enough to walk downtown (~5 to 10 min); The staff were very helpful and nice to us; Breakfast was pretty good every day; The pool area was very nice too.

Spa menu in the room didn't have some of the services running at the time, if it's not available please mark it as such or remove it from the books :) The pool area was always overcrowded and lacked chairs/sunbeds for everyone (and it can be quite noisy and disturbing if you catch a family with small children)

The hotel is lovely. The decor is very refined, lovely paintings and plants everywhere. The area of the restaurant is gorgeous, overlooking the swimming pool, which is stylish and peaceful. The breakfast was good, too -albeit limited in choice for some. The room was very spacious. Comfy beds and a nice bathroom. We loved our stay here.

When you leave the room and remove the keycard, the minifridge also gets turned off. this means that whatever you leave it in there is not properly cold when you come back. Just a minor thing though. The hotel offers services such as massage, but actually these are not within the hotel and you need to go to a place nearby.

La Bastide is a beautiful boutique hotel in the centre of a part of the city that has lots of bars and restaurants. The hotels decor is modern with a colonial twist. it is very clean and the facilities are excellent. The restaurant serves an amazing breakfast and the lunch and evening menus are very nice, with a French twist. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and have great customer service. The pool is very clean and welcoming, you almost feel like you are in a top resort with staff on hand to cater for your needs. There is nothing to say negative about this hotel and after travelling for nearly 6 weeks, this was a very pleasant experience for our 1st Cambodia stop. A great place to relax after a long day at Angkor. Well done to the owners, manager and especially the staff.

Stunning hotel, spacious room with great bed and bath as well as a shower. hotel is quiet and lush with plants and flowers. pool was great and food lovely with plenty for breakfast from Eggs and bacon, Omlettes, fresh warm rolls, small cakes and pancakes with fresh juice coffee or tea. staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. great location with loads of shops and restaurants, pub street within few minutes walk. tuk tuk always just outside. highly recommended this hotel. thank you for a great stay 🙏😊

Nothing all GREAT

This is an exceptional location. A calm oasis right in the center of Siem Reap. The staff is super friendly and makes you fall in love with this country in no time. We had a very spacious and comfortable room. The room, just like the entire hotel, was furnished in a lovely way with a nice flair and lots of aethetic details. The breakfast and the hotel restaurant were excellent with a nice mix of French and Khmer cuisine. Overall this this place was extremely clean and invited you to relax. The hotel arranged a pickup from the airport for us, a tuk-tuk driver who referred to himself as "Lili". He was a warm, friendly, and a truly honest and very modest character. We decided to hire him on the following days for our trips to Angkor, which was the best experience we could imagine. He drove very carefully in the from time to time very confusing traffic. All in all, our stay at the Bastide de Caro and our trips to Angkor with "Lili" made this an unforgettable experience and we hope to return to this wonderful place soon.

Great location, 5 min walk into main street. Good breakfast and dining options as we also had lunch there after our sunrise morning. They organised a tour guide and tuktuk driver for our stay who were both amazing and great value for money, $40 for all day tour guide and $20 for driver all day. Ask for chilli as a tour guide, he was very knowledgeable and fun and took some amazing photos for us. Airport transfer with the same tuktuk driver was perfect and no issues. Room was very spacious and clean. Great pool and dining area if you want to relax for a few hours during the day as well.

Bed could have been a little softer and the occasional dog bark at night but I think you get that everywhere in siem reap so not really an issue

We loved our stay here! The pool is wonderful, breakfast is lovely, the staff is so accommodating and sweet, and the room is clean and spacious. They even have a well-stocked gift shop that is fun to peruse Would highly recommend staying at this property.

The only thing that was quite challenging for us was the noise —there’s a lot of construction and barking dogs and noisy neighbors. It was hard to sleep and the beds are very hard.

Loved the hotel, small and romantic, and had everything we needed. Very charming pool with sunbeds and the best breakfast ever, kind of cambodian afternoon tea. Honestly, it's one of the best places we have ever been. Service remarkable, Samnag Toun was so lovely, helped us with everything. Rooms and common areas were regularly cleaned. Everyone was nice and kind.

Honestly, nothing. Maybe one thing could be changed, but that's our insect phobia. The gap between the door and the floor was big enough for big spiders to come in, hah
