Central, in a great location, countless restaurants, bars, near the bustling pub street, but in a quiet location. Quality, comfort, cleanliness. The kindness of the staff is outstanding: I especially welcome Peter and his colleagues. The hotel organized the Angkor tours at a reasonable price, their own tuk-tuk driver Chhanon was also kind and very caring, thanks to him. When we were there, they didn't have their own kitchen, they brought the food to the restaurant from the restaurant around the corner, which was really tasty anyway. Whoever determined the washing fees, on the other hand, must have been very funny, because it was not based on the usual 1 USD/kg, but per piece: washing a T-shirt would have cost 2.5 USD, while in nearby shops it would have cost 2-3 USD you can buy a new one for it. I don't recommend ordering the overpriced airport transfer here either. Be aware that the airport is an hour's drive away. The only problem is that the internet is often down. I recommend putting two chairs out on the terrace, because otherwise the guests will take out the cushions on the couch and sit on them... Because sitting here in the evening with a cold beer is an unmissable event.

We booked family room with two beds. It is pretty spacious for 2 adults and 1 child. There are fridge, electric kettle, safe, hair dryer, tea and coffee bags, TV. There are all staff for taking shower and brushing in the bathroom. Breckfasts were quite varity besidse you can oder extra food from restarsunt's menu.

If talking about disadvanteges there are week Wi-fi and TV signal. You can hear how pool's work if you are living on the 3 floor

Not enough time to enjoy my stay

The entire staff is wonderful. Spectacular old building with gorgeous decor, fittings, decoration! Outdoor rooftop pool was beautiful. Hotel is in the center of town near the market, restaurants and shops and it was carefully cleaned and used for a long time. Perfect to go out in the afternoon or night for a walk after sightseeing and tours to grab dinner nearby. I would highly recommend staying here!

The hotel was well presented and the staff took a lot of pride in it. Plus the location was fantastic!

The room was a good size but only had one ‘window’ which was onto the corridor, which itself had large windows to the outside. Had to close the curtains to stop people walking down the corridor looking in, which cut off all light. Not a great design….

Hotel is located in the heart of Siem Reap. You can walk everywhere, easily. Also, the best bathroom I’ve stayed & during this trip, I’ve visited Bangkok, Phuket, Pattaya Beach, & Singapore. Great water pressure & a very big sized bathroom.

Just wish there was a gym but the room was so big that I was able to do body weight exercises so not a big deal.

Nice location, a few minutes walk to pub street. Close to everything you’ll need, local shop, laundry, restaurants etc. Good buffet breakfast, just ask the staff what eggs you’d like cooked. Staff are fantastic, very friendly and helpful, with a big shout out to Peter on the reception who helped me immensely.

Nice clean swimming pool. Friendly and effective staff. Quiet but close to Pub Street. Large room. Comfy bed. Nice pool bar. Decent cheap food.

Redundant bath in shower room. Shower itself is decent but have to step into tub to use it. Weak WiFi keeps dropping, inadequate for remote working. Passers by in corridor can see directly into room - there’s a curtain but why have the window?!

The night market next to the hotel and Pub Street are both within walking distance. The staff is very polite. The hotel food is just awesome. There are so many foods to choose from in the breakfast spread. Other services like car rental and pick-ups from the airport are very smooth. Overall, the experience was excellent. A must-stay in the city.
