This was my second stay with Onederz. Hostel is very well located (central to all attractions). Pool and rooftop bar were great with views of the city. Beds were comfortable, clean bathrooms and strong shower. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. Great tour options from within.

As is the case with Onederz, the "privacy" curtains only cover about a third (maybe less) of your bunk making things a bit awkward. Also WiFi barely worked from my room. Had to keep going downstairs to the common area for service.

I met lots of cool people here, the atmosphere is amazing and the staff was incredibly nice and helpful too! I‘d love to stay here again!

The WiFi in my room didn’t work all the time but in the area downstairs it worked well.

Amazing ambiance, especially at the pool/restaurant area, another pool at the rooftop. Great location close to Pub street and the river. The bed and room were clean, there was a nice long shelf near the bed to put my stuff on + plenty of space to hang clothes and towel. The bathroom was also clean with shampoo and shower gel provided. The hostel restaurant serves all types of dishes and everything I tried was delicious. Great selection of nice cocktails at the bar. And nothing was overpriced. They also do awesome tours and daily events which are the best way to both socialise and get your cultural bucket list covered! I took floating village tour, waterfall tour and food tour, all of them were nicely organised and totally worth the price.

The Wi-Fi coverage and quality can be improved. I couldn’t catch a signal from my bed :c It was tolerable in the common areas but still wacky sometimes

We were really happy with our stay at Onederz. Our bed was comfortable, the restaurant offered a great selection of food, and the 2 tours we booked through the hostel were great value for money and both were really enjoyable!

We were in a private room and the internet wasn’t great. It does work well in the main area of the hostel though so you can always go there if you need it. It’s also worth noting that the rooftop pool is temporarily closed for maintenance so only one pool was open during our stay. As the third pool (which others have mentioned in reviews) doesn’t seem to exist anymore, it did mean that the one open pool was very crowded and we weren’t able to swim. I think the rooftop pool is due to reopen in a week or two though so if you book after that you should be fine!

Fantastic hostel. It’s centrally located in Siem Reap and very close to all the markets. The restaurant at the hostel has really great food and I loved that there were three pools to choose from. My room was quiet even when there was a DJ playing in the communal lounge aria. The staff are all really friendly and welcoming. I booked my Angkor Wat tour with them and it was great. It’s a big hostel but it never felt crowded. The bed was comfortable and my room was large with lots of natural light.

It would have been nice to have a bedside light in the room but other than that everything was very comfortable and clean.

This is a superb hostel! Extremely well run. Staff are all very friendly and nothing is a problem! The hostel has two fantastic swimming pools in the main building, a great restaurant and a large lounge to relax in. They offer organized tours, guided or unguided. I did 2 tours while there - sunrise temples tour with Mr Se guiding and a Food Tour led by Dara. Both exceeded expectations. I am over 60 so chose a private room. It was quiet, had a good view but only a minute to walk to main building. I only stayed 3 nights. A couple more would have been good as there is a lot to do in Siem Reap.

This is my second review as I extended my stay with a separate reservation. I have only the most glowing things to say about the staff and facilities, as stated in my first review. They thoughtfully placed me in a 1st floor room so as to not have to carry my bag up so many stairs.

As I previously mentioned, I didn't love the intense 24/7 party vibe downstairs but it just wasn't my style...it was very appreciated by others. The only real glitch I had was at the rooftop pool. I sat on a chair in the shade and then realized that I was stuck to it. In getting up, I saw that some of the metal was actually sticking up and had pierced a sizeable hole in my pants and jacket. I immediately reported the danger and requested help in repairing my clothes. There turns out to be a tailor just down the alleyway who got them both patched up in 24 hours. This was an anomaly as the property is otherwise in excellent condition.

I liked that it was on the ground floor, they were able to accommodate my bed needs last minute. Aircon was great. Showers were great. Staff were super pleasant. Tours were accessible and organized. It is located at a walking distance from the Muslim village where Muslims can go and get great Halal Cambodian food hassle and worry free, visit the mosque and mingle with the Muslims of Cambodia. I appreciated that. It is also located next to the market, close to places where you can get all the souvenirs. They have laundry service and they are surrounded by others laundry services that you can choose from. I also liked how the rooms are sound proof, the party would be happening outside, and the moment the door is closed, it's like nothing is happening on the outside.

I didn't like their smoothie bowl and if the curtain goes all the way and completely shuts the bed, it will give more privacy which is always a good thing.

Female dorm was clean and cool from the aircon. Room had main light and bed light. Bed and pillows nice, towel (for refundable deposit) nice. Food was yummy. They directed me to rent a motorbike for about $8-10 a day at the big intersection when you turn left out of the hostel. Hostel has its own motorbike parking behind it. You can buy sim cards on the street easily. Kind staff.

Bathroom could have been cleaned a more often and also the soap dispensers in the bathroom and showers were out often. The hostel is too big for its own good -- hundreds of guests means a lot of noise and confusion at times. They offer many tours, but only a couple they will do as a group. The most tours they won't make a list to group you together with others and instead tell you to ask around, which means asking 100s of random people. Same with taxi to the airport they won't make a list to group you, you have to ask 100s of people to find a group yourself.

We loved everything about Onederz in Siem Reap. We had a double en-suite room in the private wing and it was really clean, quiet and the bed was super comfy. The location is the best, the pools are lovely and the food is good and reasonably priced. The bar was really great too, with a big cocktail list! The staff are probably the most friendliest people ever and this definitely was a highlight, they were so accommodating and helpful. The hostel offers daily tours and they also run daily events. Would 100% recommend. Lots of solo travellers too and so easy to meet people!
