The room is clean, friendly staff, affordable price

there is a pub near this hotel, they have live band and music very loud until 12am. We can’t sleep well. the breakfast is too simple, not many choices.

It is a decent hotel, looks quite modern, nice bathroom. Room size was great, balcony/ sofa-bed was a cute idea. There is a space for and they are planning to have an elevator in near future, which will be helpful for people travelling with suitcases. During check-in you get help from the reception and your stuff is taken upstairs to your room. At the check out you might need to take your stuff down.

The wifi wasn't always the best for video calls, but overall it works ok. I had massive armchairs in my room which were blocking a lot of space, so I decided to move them. They were stained, heavy and almost broken (the legs were almost falling off) Laundry prices were a joke, knowing how much it costs on the street and elsewhere in South East Asia charging per item, not per kilo is crazy.

Staff friendly and attentive, politie, making eye contact, happy to help. Room very nice. Good selection of food. Waiters good. Great tuk tuk drivers. The floor of pool has a shallow point which makes it more safe for kids (but difficult for adults too do a full length).

Mo Cam Ch'ran! (Mosquitos bite a lot!). Could do with staff to spray around doors at night as there is so much water to attract the mozzies. The two breakfast waiters, think two Manuel's from Faulty towers, rush around a lot which doesn't make the dining area relaxing. Possible training needed for them to be composed, confident and organised. They are both good, but seem stressed. For better Water Safety at the pool, pool signage to show deep area, for parents supervising their kids.

The hotel has many rooms of different size, quality, design and location, with the backyard view, garden or inner yard view or in front of the swimming pool. I asked the hotel manager to show us the rooms available at the moment, and picked the Honeymoon Suite 202. Very spacious, beautifully decorated and quiet. We had a cosy balcony and a big bathtub. They clean the room every day unless you put Do not disturb sign. The towels and bed sheets were new and fresh. And the staff and chief manager were super friendly and flexible to our requests. The breakfast was good, either a buffet (when they had many guests) or a la carte, where I could pick several options. The location was very convenient, a bit away of the noise and crowds, yet, within 1-7 min walk to all restaurants, markets and bars.

Nice staff, good breakfast, pool with bar. Tuktuks in front of the hotel if you need them. Nice rooms, comfortable beds!

It's not a five star hotel, so if you expect that you'll get disappointed (staff, equipment, service,..) But it's an amazing hotel for that price (30$ per night). Even double the price would still be a good deal! Biggest problem: The rooms are not really soundproof so you can here music/cars from the neighborhood but I think this is a problem for all of Cambodia

Great staff, good location within walking distance to nice restaurants and Pub Street. Laundry 2 doors down, supermarket 4 minute walk. Make sure you visit the Paris Bakery! Breakfast was nice, buffet some days a la carte other days.

3rd floor room was noisy from the generator as there are frequent power cuts. Wifi pretty abysmal too. 2nd floor room was much nicer. Note there are only stairs, no elevator.

My husband and I really enjoy staying there. Will stay there for sure for my next trip. The location is closed to everything- good restaurant, motorcycle rental, and pub-street (only 5mins walk). The bed is so comfy and spacious.

Not many choices for breakfast, but it is good if you prefer a slightly breakfast with bread, vegetable and fruit. No meat at all.

Wonderful Family Room in the 2nd floor. Hotel Manager Mr. Sakada was very helpful, when we had to change bookings und he also found us great evening program in Siem Reap. Staff is very gentle. The place ist close to the centre (river and market), so we could reach many things by walking. THANKS for that comfortable Stay at the King Rock.

How all the stuff was all very welcome. Housekeeping was very good. Food and beverage and bar mans are very accommodating. Pub street is just around the corner. And food are all downstairs. I love the location.

Hopefully soon the elevator will be working by the time we visit again. 😊

Staff were very pleasant and courteous. Breakfast was great value and plenty enough for me. Three hour window to get breakfast, dining room very airy and attractive

I didn’t find anything to be negative about. The hotel is set back far enough from the more noisy aspects of the city but only five minutes walk from the Siem Reap river.
