The accommodation is very close to the centre of Banff - an easy few minutes walking distance. The room was spacious, well appointed and comfortable. The lady who met us when we booked in was welcoming and helpful. We were able to park our motorcycle effectively under cover.

The continental breakfast was disappointing and unappetising. It was a tray of largely uninspiring pre-packaged items in the fridge. With more effort and forethought it would have been relatively easy to provide something that was generally far fresher and more nutritious.

Close to downtown Banff, grocery markets, and bus station to get to many attractions/trails. Kind staff. A lot of food provided for breakfast (enough for lunch too). Clean, tidy, simple bedroom and washroom.

Finding where to park initially was quite difficult. Would be nice if there was heating available in the room. A do not disturb sign to hang on the door would be nice for when one is still inside and would not like to be disturbed (breakfast exchange or cleaning).

Big Room with good facilities. Breakfast supplied at the nearby Best Western was very good, Great staff who serviced the room each day with minimum intrusion and were good enough to take in a parcel for me.

Temperature fluctuated a great deal during the night and the heating was very noisy when it came on at all hours. Barking dog every time you came in was a real pain (and Im a dog lover). About 200m from the railway but the room shook everytime a train went by

The room was spacious and the beds were comfy. The bathrooms were very nice and quite spacious. The location was fantastic, only about a 10 minute walk to the heart of downtown banff. There was parking available on site for free. Breakfast was a selection of packaged goods that were available in the fridge, including cereal with milk, pre-packaged muffins and breakfast sandwhiches, and fruit.

The mostly pre-packaged breakfasts were a built of a let down compared to other B&Bs in banff that are made fresh each morning.

1) courteous and responsive staff (Elsa) found a way to accommodate our request for a late check in due to flight schedule 2) comfortable and spacious bed, clean and warm accommodation 3) practical and generous snacks. good to have them ready in the fridge, ready for heating anytime we need to eat. 4) great location!

Minor suggestions - if you could add toothbrush/toothpaste for amenities (we bought at the nearby shop instead); instant noodles to warm up is a good option for snacks too, thanks for asking!

We had a room with small veranda and we enjoyed afternoon coffee there. Breakfast was served as day-before prepared different breakfast products - milk, oatmeal, muesli, boiled eggs, sandwiches (to be heated in the microwave), muesli bars etc. The quantity was larger then enough and quality as superb!!!!!! The coffee was extra tasty!!!!! The owner was very friendly and helpful. A 5m walking distance to the center of beautiful Banff :-).

A really well located BnB. Banff is very expensive however, even by Canada’s standards. The included breakfast had some nice variety. The owners were very good at communicating via the website and very flexible when I had a later than expected arrival

The walls were paper thin. I could hear every word of the conversations happening of the residents of the main house.

The location is perfect,.the host lives right there for any questions. The room was comfortable with mw ,coffee n fridge. The breakfast was kept in the fridge every day with a fresh supply of yogurt,muffins,boiled eggs,milk,fruits,cereal etc.it was enough for us.

The breakfast variety could me a bit better and healthier.

Great location for downtown Banff and our room was huge, two double beds for the two of us and a good sized bathroom. The owner was friendly and there was ample parking on the property. We really enjoyed the breakfasts provided as we were up early most days and enjoyed eating before we left for the day rather than going out and finding somewhere for breakfast then waiting for it to be made. Can't complain on the selection, there was so much choice; cereal, breakfast muffins and croissants, fruits, juices, milk, eggs, sweet muffins, yogurts.

Our room could be easily upgraded, some paint, change the light fittings and hang a picture up could really improve the space just to make it a nicer place to wake up too.

Alfonso is a wonderful host. We were greeted with a glass of wine and helpful info on the area. The room was warm and had everything we needed, including bathrobes. We didn't use the spa, but it was available until about 10pm. We'll try it next time. Breakfast was freshly prepared for us and was delicious, and we sat at the window overlooking the lake. Perfect!
