Location was great, although the address isn't Banff Ave it is literally around the corner. Free breakfast was great, and an easy start to the day. We had booked a 1 room suite which worked really well as we had lots of room for our family of 4.

Only negative was that our room over looked the swimming pool. This meant the room was dark, and also noisy. If anyone was in the pool it was like they were in the room. One night there was horrendous singing going on at 10.30pm so I rang down to reception, and to be fair they spoke to the guests and the noise stopped.

1. Friendliness of the staffs, cleanliness, free breakfast.. 2. Free coffee at the lobby was a great refreshment.

My special request for 3rd floor was not met when I tried to check-in. I was informed that she does not see my special request for 3rd floor. After I showed her my e-mail confirmation, then she switched for the 3rd floor, but she said only the apartment view is available. I made reservation 3 months ahead of time, and if they could have seen the special request and reserved the room ahead of time, it would've been great.

Staff was exceptional! Friendly! Courteous! Helpful! Engaging! Breakfast was a surprise… full meal & not a typical breakfast included - continental breakfast! Thanks for that!

The property was fine! Breakfast ‘restaurant’ was full & quite busy! We ended up taking ours back to our room! My only ugghhh was the cost - $600 for a one night stay at a hotel seems high! I guess I was a ‘captive’ patron - needed a hotel in Banff for a night on the Labour Day long weekend!

I loved the room. Loved the hotel in general. We had an awesome room with a great balcony.

I didn’t like the little table on the balcony. I needed to do some work but the ridges in the table made it difficult. Also while I loved that our room was on the main side where the mountains are gorgeous, the street lamp outside was horribly bright and I hate sleeping with the drapes closed but had to keep them closed at night.

The location was ideal since it was just a short walk from the shops and restaurant.

The walls were very thin so it was noisy at night.

the staff are really friendly and warm. the 24 hours hot drink machine is a win. and they let us leave at noon instead of 11pm. breakfast is decent too.

the scent of the toiletries can be better. the parking space is just really intimidating for a truck but ours fit and street parking is available. the ceiling is just really low for my man. lol overall we are happy with our stay and most likely to rebook since we just need a place to sleep and spend all day enjoying outdoor

Rooms are spacious and very well maintained. Property is well located, with free underground parking. Wifi is very fast, though the room doesn't have a desk. Breakfast is plentiful with long, flexible hours. Rooms have a big fridge and giant TV and coffee maker, with tea in the lobby. I paid a very reasonable rate, though a few days later, it was more than double. So your value may vary. There's a huge patio, but it's outside the rooms, so you have to keep your curtains closed for privacy. Housekeepers were very considerate and thorough. Excellent quality toiletries.

As others have noted, breakfast room and setup for helping yourself is cramped. You can take breakfast back to your room or get tea at any time. The pool is tiny and the room with hot tub was on display and not inviting, so I didn't use it.

The heated free parking lot is excellent, a luggage trolley is readily available, it has a lot of garbage bin, and the elevator is in line with the parking lot floor. Fast and accommodating hotel check-in. Has a complimentary coffee area. The hotel room is spacious and tidy. Breakfast is superb; they made the dining hall roomier this time. Warm staff. Cheapest hotel with complimentary breakfast, worth the money.

Our room has an uncleaned cigarette ashtray on our room balcony. Overall all, this is still my first pick in Banff to stay!

i loved how I got a king bed room with a jacouzi inside. i loved their hot tub. and of course located right in banff.

the reception to the hotel is very tiny and not very impressive for the price you pay. i didn’t like how they had indoor parking which we couldn’t park in because we have storage box on top of the car. they said we can park either at the entrance of the hotel which has two spots and usually full or street parking. the price of the place is too expensive but most places in banff are expensive in the summer anyways. breakfast was also super basic for the price of the night.

Breakfast food good; breakfast room too tiny/not enough room for anyone but the earliest risers. Coffee machine in lobby excellent; but coffee machine in breakfast room was poor/bad tasting/watery.

The lighting in room 304 was inadequate; dungeon-like; liked secure underground parking with elevator access. Good hotel location within easy walking distance to downtown Banff
