Our room was cosy and has a smart TV.

Small bath and dissatisfaction with a shower caddy and bathroom equipment, The design makes it very hard to reach shampoo and essentials, significantly reducing its usability.

Location is as good as it gets in Banff. Check-in was quick, clear and easy. Bed and pillows were very comfortable, great sleep. Our room was cooler and our host brought a space heater for us. Parking is great. Breakfast is fairly basic, but always appreciated.

Noise isolation between rooms and floors isn't great, your experience will depend on how respectful about noise others are. One night there was someone cooking and cleaning downstairs until almost midnight. It was very noisy and the smell of garlic came straight under the door upstairs, we had to open the window. The sheets were Hilton branded, and although very comfortable it's slightly off putting, given there is no affiliation to Hilton. If the breakfast had a few more options or variation of fruit, made to order eggs or pancakes, it could be a 10/10

Mr. Yan and all of the staff were so friendly and accommodating. They always checked to make sure I had what I needed. Room 203 had an amazing view of Cascade Mountain. I was working remotely and the WiFi worked well. The desk in the room had plenty of space. There was a mini fridge in the room where I was able to store snacks, beverages and small meal prep items. When I would leave my room during the day, the staff were cleaning the rooms and also the common areas. I appreciate their attention to detail in keeping the home spotless. The location is perfect. Just a short walk to the beautiful river trail and also to Dow town where there is a huge variety of shops and restaurants. There is a parking lot for guests which is very convenient.

First, the owner was so accomodating and nice. You tell them what you need and they are willing to extend their hands for help. Place just like your home. You don't want your home to be dirty. So, it is mandatory to leave your shoes on their square boot tray which is very nice. You can just roam the whole house with socks on. Breakfast, we love it. You'll have variety of breads. Slice bread, bagel, croissant and chocolate chip muffins. Juice, coffee, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, fruits and etc... unlimited coffee (Keurig) you can ask the owner. Location, you are in the heart of the Banff center. The moment you cross the street, you'll have the restaurants, bars, convenient stores, coffee shops and etc.. when you are tired, you can just easily walk to your hotel room and catch some rest. Above all, we love the cleanliness of the place and for me, this is the big factor. Been to Banff a couple of times but this is the first time that we enjoy and big factor is this bed and breakfast hotel. Thank you May Yan and Lee for the Warm welcome. Perfect location, less than a minute to the main street. fantastic location

A weird but tasty combination of breakfast. All freshly made, however, the cooked element was frankfurters and soggy bacon. However, it was hot and there was more than 1 option to choose from and staff helpful. You couldn't get the TV to work, and the guys managing the place couldn't help. However, the room, albeit looking a wee bit old, was very clean, and we were happy to stay there

This bed and breakfast was a great choice for us since it was just a short distance from the main Banff shopping area. The room was clean, the owner was very friendly and the private parking was a plus. It was great to wake up to eggs, sausage, bacon, muffins, fruit and fresh coffee. The breakfast was the same every day but that's not a bad thing especially when it saves money versus eating out. I'm very happy with our stay.

I would say the bathroom needs improvements specifically the bath tub. The curtains on the windows were strange and constantly a bother when showering. I kept rubbing against it and it would open the curtain allowing for people in the street to see me shower. Luckily, the steam helped. A frosted window film would solve the issue.

They provided an adequate breakfast with hard boiled eggs, croissants, toasts, yogurt, fruit, juice and coffee. It would have been better if they had some herbal teas as one of us is not a coffee drinker so we just purchased our own tea. It was quiet and the owners were friendly.

The temperature in the guest house was way too warm for our liking when sleeping at between 21.5-22.5C. We would leave our window open during the day just to cool down the room.

The location was absolutely perfect. Right in the middle of the action and close to the train station where we met for an early morning tour. The host is very kind and both days he knew we were going to miss the early breakfast, but he saved food for us for when we returned. It was our first time staying in a bed and breakfast so we were a bit worried. Wouldn't recommend for a family, but perfect for solo or adults who just want to go to their room. Other guests were quiet too. Would definitely go back.

The breakfast is very good. It is a complete healthy meal.The location is excellent. You can walk around the downtown. It is also close to Banff Gondola..Parking is really good as it is hard to find parking in downtown.It is also included in our payment of the place.

The place is neat and tidy. The dining room is comfortable and plates and utensils are organize and well label.

The house is neat. The multiple room setup was interesting. Having a full dinning setup like a canteen is impressive.

The bathroom is where all the issues were. There was no plug for the tub. We had to use a towel stuffed into the drain. The sink must have been very plugged as it was too slow to drain. The shelf seemed to be getting ripped out of the wall. The bathroom seemed to be modernized and renovated but needed a bit of attention.
