Heritage Inn Hotel & Convention Centre - High River

I understand the restrictions of Covid, but don’t indicate a free breakfast is included when it’s a box of very small juice, very small granola bar, a yogurt and spoon and a very small muffin , and no napkin or wet nappy. And not a coffee to go. There’s a full restaurant on site and something move inventive could have been offered.

The free breakfast was the most disappointing thing of my stay. Even a cup of coffee to go had to be purchased. There’s a nice restaurant and a chit or perhaps 3 choices of a free breakfast could have been offered- coffee, toast and jam; coffee, 2 pancakes and syrup, etc. Other hotels offer $5 or $6 discount toward the breakfast you do have in the restaurant. It’s time someone replaced the screen in the window of room 109. Looks like they shoved a small kid through the screen. The room still smells of cigarette smoke. Not pleasant to a non smoker

the staff, the location the Hotel its self had character and Charm, the gardens are beautiful

we had a vent above the bed in the room which meant everynight we had to clear mosquitos and dead flyies off the bed, i would say the room we had been in could do with a reshuffle the single bed should be by the back wall and the double by the door. to tight for the second person on the double to squeeze up by the wall - this was also an issue

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfy and well supplied with pillows and blankets. The room service was excellent, very prompt and friendly. Breakfast was delicious, a hot breakfast in the hotel restaurant was part of our room price. We would definitely stay again if we returned to High River

The hotel was wonderful, just felt crowded with the 2 beds in the room. The town had a very distinct odor, I'm not sure if that is an all the time smell or just the time of year we were there.

The breakfast was FANTASTIC; AND so was the staff.

the front desk did not know how to call us a taxi from the front desk phone. He did not know what taxies were in operation or what time the last taxi worked. I WANTED TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO FOLD THAT LOVELY, COMFORTABLE BED and put it in my nap sack without it being tooo obvious!

Jayden at front desk was amazing. We checked in late exhausted. He got us into 131. We went to room, it was freezing 13* thought no worries it will heat up. Then the TV would not work so we called front desk for assistance. He came with a office heater, hot chocolate and a fantastic attitude of anything to help. He was trying to get TV going when power went out in the room. Within 15 we were moved next door to a perfect room. Warm with functional TV. Was an excellent sleep. Your free breakfast on the other hand was pathetic, was it for under twelve guests? Certainly was not for adults. Don’t recommend you advertise free breakfast if that is what you serve.

The room was next to the pool and smelt like chlorine. It was dark and I didn't open the curtains because the window looked over the pool. I could hear the people in the pool until it closed

It was cold in our room as we were on the pool side but someone got us a heater after the 2 nd day No one before had suggested

The staff was excellent.Went the extra mile for us as they did the last time we stayed. We will for sure come back. Breakfast so good and they served you at the table.

I don’t know what you should complain about, we have absolutly nothing to complain about

location to High River Heartland TV series film sights, Evelyn’s Cafe, Museums and church.

My room was far in the back and not up close to handicap parking as requested.

We discovered booking online was much more expensive than booking directly with the hotel. They have a seniors rate and an Alberta residents rate, neither of which was offered through book8ng online.
