Location was good. Breakfast was good. Our room was the the only one with the jacuzzi tub inside the room itself, anywhere near the price i paid. So that value was outstanding

Not sure if its the actual hotels fault, but the restaurant inside the hotel was just absolute nonsense. The calamari was chewy, and i received fried pickles (i hate pickles so much lol) instead of the chicken fingers i ordered. So those 2 items plus the 1/2 order of Cesar salad (which was good thankfully) was $65 which stung a little. To be fair, they did let ua take the food to the room, and we were in there 20 minutes before closing so i was unable to return the food to give them a chance to make it right, but in the same breeath it should be right the first time. Other than that minor hiccup everything was wonderful.

The location was on the main route and could be seen easily from the highway. A little awkward to get back on the highway from the hotel but manageable. Very close to Walmart if you need a few extra things. Bathroom was small but room was big enough. It was very clean and quiet. Breakfast was plentiful.

For an overnight stop en route to another destination it is quite pricey. I realize that is what you have to expect to pay.

Breakfast was amazing, a full meal buffet style, hashbrowns, eggs, bacon or sausage, ham, waffle maker, syrup, butter, fruit cups, snacks like brownies, cookies, cereal, milk, non-diary milk! juices, tea, coffee. Location was great in Duncan, away from the not so great part.

Used to my firmer bed, so it felt a little off for my back. #FirstWorldProbs

I liked the easy access to the highway.

In spite of the fact that we had a four night booking, our room was groomed with the bare minimum of supplies. It’s a shame that we had to ask for a spare roll of toilet paper, a trash bag, coffee pods, a bar of soap. I feel that preparation for these necessities should have been supplied. Being that housekeeping is not offered now, there needs to be extra hooks for hanging wet towels.

Pleasant staff, nice room, well equipped. Good evening meal in the restaurant/bar. Good continental breakfast which included some hot food, in a small separate dining room. Good value for money.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Food at the restaurant was really good (ribs and chicken wings) No continental because but were offered a bagged breakfast wich was nice.

Across from the lobby is a nice little area with picnic tables (the pool is behind) This area also serves as a smoking area. Strange as kids have to go past the smokers to get to the pool. No one was eating there either because of the smoke/smell. Maybe a different area could be set up for the smokers?

Better than expected as I don't normally stay at a BW. Excellent location especially as a stop off on the way back to Victoria from the North of the island. Good breakfast with a lovely lady to help.

Check-in is 4pm which is late. You have to pay to check-in earlier.

What a pleasant surprise to stay in this nice hotel. Although we were only there for one night, we were very happy with our room, which appeared to be recently renovated. The bed was comfortable and we were happy to have two chairs to sit at the little table. Usually, it seems there is only one chair in many hotel rooms. Even though the hotel is right on the highway, it was quiet inside.

Due to Covid, we could only get a bagged breakfast, which didn't suit us. It was not a huge deal, as there are other restaurants nearby.

everything was clean and orderly. the staff allowed me to check in a bit early and leave a bit later to accommodate my travel plans. I was also able to park my motorcycle under the covered area as the weather forecast was bad. much appreciated my stay there.

Room was a good size and clean. Having 4 towels for 2 adults was nice. Comfortable chair and bed.

Options for breakfast were poor. Grab and go breakfasts with minimal choices better suited to a child than adults.
