My cabin was at the back of the property, so no noise from the highway or pool area. Very quiet. I had air conditioning in the livingroom/kitchen as well as a fan in the bedroom. Kept it nice and cool. Pool was clean and inviting. Roads were in great condition. Front desk staff was friendly.

The wasps were very bad, which is out of anyone's control. Four stings in five days! Ouch! Be aware that this resort is directly adjacent to the highway and biking out of there to get across to shopping, or to the path on the other side can be tough, with vehicles doing 100km/h. Use caution.

We upgraded the one-bedroom to one with a fireplace and living room which we throughly enjoyed. They have a vending machine for wood which included some kindling in the bag. The cabin was extremely clean. The kitchen included everything we needed (stovetop, Mir row Ave, fridge, coffeemaker, toaster, cutlery, plates) and we also had a BBQ on the patio. The cabins are on the outskirts of Fairmont right across the street from mini-golf. The bathroom looks newly renovated. The pool and hot tub were amazing! I would defiantly come back next time I come to the valley. Thanks for having us.

We liked the place and everything about it: the location was great with all you need being nearby - a grocery market, hot springs, hoodo hike. The bungalow was also great and exceeded our expectations - very clean, had everything we needed in the kitchen and the bathroom, and even more. It was very quiet there despite of a nearby highway and every bungalow being occupied. The price we paid is definitely worth it!

Water suddenly disappeared from all the taps in the evening but appeared back in a few minutes. We complained to the receptionist and she said that would call for a plumber. We were unsure if he actually came and fixed anything becasue the water appeared back so quickly but no one knocked our door at that evening.

I love the cabins - rustic and cozy. The sound of the birds in the morning and the smell of the forest around you while you have your coffee is something that never gets old!

Power went out in my cabin a couple times during the night which isn’t great when you use a cpap. Called the after hours line twice and no one ever called me back. Other than that though, I love this place. The staff are wonderful. The pool is a great treat, and the property is gorgeous

I love everything about these cabins. The location is perfect in relation to everything else that you want to do in the area. It feels very family-oriented. The swimming pool and hot tub are great and well maintained. Lots for the kids to do. Cabin was exceptionally clean. The beds are awesome! This is my second year staying and it's a great place to disconnect and relax.

I liked everything! The only feedback I would offer would be to provide cushions for the plastic chairs that are on decks and heavier curtains on the windows to block out the light from the light poles. I know some of the rooms have the blackout curtains but it would be nice to have them all have the same type of curtain. Very minor things in the whole scheme of things!

the location was super nice and close to all the places we wanted to go. There was the cutest cat that came to our porch everytime the car pulled into the property and that made my day. The pools were also super great and fun to hangout in

The bed was a little uncomfortable but that’s just me they were really good for my partner, the shower didn’t have the best pressure but again not the worst thing ever.

My bungalow was pretty good. It was clean, the bed was comfy and staff there seemed really great and friendly.

There was two things I did not particularly like was that the cabin I stayed in smelled like it was recently stained. So the smell really lingered at times became a bit much. The other was the bugs.... Although, I get it they are small bungalows in a wooded area. I guess the city girl came out of me seeing those haa haa. I will not let that stop me from coming back though.

The owners/ family that runs the bungalows are super nice, they're always on top of everything you may need, the rooms are super clean and come with a super nice fire place! This is the perfect get away spot, it's in the middle of the woods so it's always quite and you're only a ten minute drive from both the town of invermere and any grocery store or coffee shop you may need, not only is the price outstandingly reasonable but it's also a perfect alternative if you don't want to stay at the Fairmont hot springs but want to visit them

Our cabin 31 was in a nice location. Remote, quiet. We only had neighbors one night so loved the peace. The pool was nice. The water was a bit cloudy and my husband had to skim it. Staff came in after we got there but they seemed inexperienced. The personal BBQ was great. Air Conditioning was the best part the day we arrived. Wished the staff had drawn the curtains as the sun was heating up the cabin on a +31 day. Took awhile to cool it down.

When we arrived we had to move the small couch aside to get our dog crate in a good spot. I don't think anyone has cleaned under the furniture in a very long time. Because of this, I felt uneasy about the rest of the place. I washed the dishes just in case, I wiped down all countertops and tables. Anyway, I wish the cabin had been more thoroughly cleaned. There are also many upgrades that need to be done. The entire place looks old and shabby. Too bad as it's a great location. I feel the charge for the night was a bit high as so many upgrades and TLC are needed.
