The room was comfortable and mostly clean. Quiet overnight and a fly screen for the balcony door was appreciated as the night was warm.
Some dishes were not fully clean & the spare blanket had just been thrown back in the wardrobe. Most of the complimentary toiletries had already been used, not leaving enough of some for a second use. No availability for dinner & we only found that out by asking before driving there. Other venues have sent that information in advance. Only one chair inside the room but there were two on the balcony.

The view from the room was fantastic and it was great to have a balcony with a table and chairs. The kitchenette was a nice touch, allowing me to make the most of the stay as it is a bit of a distance from the town. The staff that we encountered were lovely and very helpful.
The hallways were a bit dim, although that may have been on purpose. The shower pressure wasn't amazing but to be honest the place matched my expectations and was ideal for the one night I was staying there.

The room was small but very cosy. The resort amenities were excellent and the staff very welcoming. It was very quiet and just perfect! The location of course was excellent with the mountains surrounding us and the tranquility of the overall visit. Highly recommend this resort.
As mentioned, the room could have been a tiny bit bigger however the little kitchenette made up for it. There was not anything we really did not like, it was all wonderful.

We have stayed at Glacier Lodge several times. We like the location close to the gondola and close to our family in Golden. Our suite was large and well equipped with updated WIFI, nice products, fridge, stove, dishes, etc. We even had a washer and dryer. The lovely, international staff went out of their way to be friendly and accommodating!
Unfortunately, the elevator was down during our stay. We quickly got used to it and the exercise was good for us!

Spacious living space and separate bedrooms for our unit made cooking dinner and relaxing easy. Kitchen benchtop and stools a nice touch for group/family. Convenient elevator and responsive staff.
Kitchen cramped when cooking on the stove. Bit of a drive (15mins) out of town but pleasant and quiet.

Property has all facilities you would need, quite affordable during shoulder season.
The drive from Golden to get to the property was longer than expected, also very curvy and not easy. Probably an extra 15 mins. Also the walls are very thin and balconies between lodges are very close. We woke up in the middle of the night due to hearing very clearly the neighbours chatting in the balcony and had to tell them to respect others.

Nice location. Room is clean. Offers ski lockers. Lots of options for dining too.
This lodge is right next to the ski lift. However check in process is confusing. This lodge is consist of 2 seperate buildings, and front desk is only in one of them. Signage of how to get to next building (entrance) is next to none. Also it's very hard to find the exit that goes to ski kill lift + ski locker room. Very poor signage for first time comers. Wifi is overly poor too, does not work most of the time PLUS poor cellphone signals.

We were there for a wedding. The staff went above and beyond in making my daughter feel that she was the most special person on the mountain that day! The unexpected sandwich board announcing their event at the foot of the gondola had her grinning from ear to ear! Every staff member we interacted with was always ready with a smile and an offer of assistance. Incredible really in these times of understaffed facilities everywhere.
Although likely logistically challenging it would be helpful if there was an option to accept personal deliveries at the resort. Friends and relatives ordered an edible baskets to be awaiting the happy couple in their room however after it was delivered to a Warehouse in town awaiting picking up it was spoiled by the time it reached the couple. Some notification on the website that the resort is not setup to receive personal deliveries would have been helpful.

Built at a high elevation. Wonderful view of the mountains including the Kicking Horse Canyon. The bathtub is extremely comfy. Large suite with a balcony. Ideal as a vacation suite. The laundry powder was free.
The blinds in the bedroom were extremely ineffective for blocking light in early morning. Ironically, the curtain in the living room is a blackout thick cloth curtain which should have been switched with the bedroom blinds. The building didn't have ramp access nor elevator from outside. As a result, I had to drag my large suitcase up 20 stairs. No restaurant available on site for hot breakfast. The drive to the town of Golden is about 20~25 min, a bit too far.

Lovely lodge on the ski hill with a nice lake just down the road! Staff were great, a little shop and a couple restaurants on site. You can visit Boo the grizzly bear!
No air con but we had a fan. Our room was quite small with a huge wooden bed frame - probably my stupidity but I bruised up my leg walking into it too much, lol. Also quite out of town so not ideal if you're just stopping off to sleep
