It was a nice private room with a single queen-size bed. Although we weren't allowed to do any cooking in the room, there are plenty of food options within a 5-minute walk of our door. They were also very accommodating and accepting of our little dog :)

The Experience was not worth almost 300$ for one night, but it was only inflated because we went through Booking.com. We should have called the facility ourselves instead of trusting a third-party website for a discounted rate.

It was like I was staying in a Swiss village. The warm welkommen from the international desk clerk, the "toot toot" of the railway every 30 minutes as it winds it way up through the mountain village; an experience I'm so glad I didn't miss. The whole experience was like a dream.

There's not enough space here to capture all the negatives. Rude, run down, typical international owned sh*thole.

The Philipino man at the front desk was amazing. I'm waiting for hip surgery and couldn't do the stairs, and he gave me a beautiful suite on the main level. I appreciated that more than you can imagine.

Nothing, it was fantastic. Great bath, excellent sleep, great location, amazing price.

Staff was very friendly. Requested hair dryer and the staff brought it right away to the suite. Place is comfy and clean. It is very peaceful and quiet. Location is close to central town of Golden. You can walk to places of food like Tim Hortons, restaurants along the river. I had a very restful time at the place.

Easy check-in/out. Friendly staff. Clean room, comfy bed, partially updated room with new flooring (no carpets).

Curtains were showing their age in places and the outside room door had definitely seen better days BUT the inside of the same door was fine.

Was clean and comfortable . Staff was good . Free coffee and tea.

One of the chairs was scary almost fell off . Water pressure in shower was too low. No elevator if you're not very mobile try to get a ground floor room.

No coffee in room (understandable given rates) - all OK but ... Coffee in the lobby is instant coffee - does not start the day off too well (lol) The employee asked me to sign a credit card slip -said it belonged to Bookings. First time I am ever asked to do this. So I had questions which were not clearly answered at first. I really did not like it when he said: "you have to trust people". I am not that gullible and found this to be quite bold. On the whole however, a good experience.

It was perfect for our stay. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, and there were plenty of amenities. We would stay here again. It's a great stay for the price.

The TV channels would be out only complaint.

The room had two queen beds (or maybe doubles) which were comfortable. The room was clean, bathroom adequate and it had a small fridge. Although it seemed to be filled with truckers and near a road, it was quite quiet in the morning, so we weren't necessarily awakened by a lot of traffic.

A coffee pot in the room would be nice. The office had instant coffee so if you like that, you could get that for free.

Rooms are big and you can park at the door. Everything is clean and the Fronk Desk people (I they are the owners) are super helpful! Ill be back!
