Amazing location! In the centre of the downtown, very close to many restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops and more! Next to the hotel is drugstore/pharmacy. You can rent bikes and helmets up to 4-5 hours for free. The staff was very professional, welcoming and helpful. I was able to checked in earlier than at 4pm (there is a secure room for your luggage if needed). Room: pillows were pretty firm, coffee and tea available in the room, a lot of towels. There is a nice pool and gym.

Some of the outlets in the room did not work. They have Elemis cosmetics, bath and shower gel,shampoo, conditioner and hand cream. As I like this brand, those particular products were not too good. They totally dried my skin and hair. Next time I would take my own cosmetics.

we were situated downtown, a short walk to BC Place, Yaletown and its many eateries and the waterfront and ferries.

Liked that there was a sauna and hot tub as well as a pool. The gym facilities were also good. Location was excellent - Fanny Bay Oysters, Black Rice Izakaya and Waves coffee shops steps away. We used the Mobi Shaw bikes, passengers ferries and subway extensively and it was convenient for all. Easy walking to sites and shopping. The check in staff were excellent. There were some noisy guests a couple of nights but overall quiet. Beds/sheet/pillows very comfortable. Didn't make much use of fridge or microwave but they were nice to have.

Can't think of anything. Would definitely go back.

The room was quite comfortable. It had plenty of space to move around and to store everything safely. The bathroom was bright and clean, with plenty of supplies and toiletries. Even though the hotel is in a busy area, the room was pretty quiet from both outside and inside the hotel. The staff were all friendly and helpful during my stay. The hotel is in a great location that's easy to reach by the SkyTrain (which costs less than $5 to ride from Vancouver Airport, by the way). Along with BC Place a block way, it's within walking distance of so many attractions, shops, and restaurants in Downtown Vancouver. You can use your room key to get 10% off at the Fanny Bay Oyster Company and Black Rice Izakaya restaurants next to the hotel. I also enjoyed the pool and spa area on the second floor.

There was a slight issue in my room with outlets on either side of my bed that didn't work. The power outlets on one side didn't work while the USB outlets next to them worked fine, and the USB outlets on the other side didn't work but the power outlets worked. It wasn't a huge problem for me though, as I could plug in and use everything I needed in the room.

Breakfast staff and room staff were very attentive and nice. Location of room to other amenities (pool, gym, breakfast lounge) was excellent. Elevator was fast. Parking and security were great and I felt safe staying in the city center. Loved that there was an indoor pool/sauna and an outdoor area to sunbathe. Great to have those amenities after a lot of walking each day.

The sofa pullout bed was less than desirable and probably needs upgraded. The mattress and pad were quite worn and needed replaced. Initial sheets on the bed were not clean. But my request for new bed sheets and pillows was addressed promptly.

Great reasonably priced breakfast. Bright choice!

The lighting in the room was dim. This is not unusual compared to other hotels. I was going to purchase my own high lume light bulb to travel with.

Hotel had everything I needed and extras such as free laundry self serve, bikes to use, microwave in our room , lemon water in the lobby and filtered water stations. Parking was nice and easy but expensive. Very modern and clean hotel, which was very nice. Seems very new. It had comfortable beds

Hotel is on the fist 4 floors so there are not really any views but we had a nice big balcony with table and chairs and nice plants all around. There are a lot of high rise buildings so it’s difficult to get views in the city. Also breakfast is ordered on a menu so no buffet ( l love breakfast buffets)

The location was perfect with just a 2 minute walk to BC Place, and all staff were very welcoming upon arrival. The room was spacious and immaculate. The bathroom set up was a bit strange which actually gave us quite a chuckle. You could be in the main room area and see right into the bathroom through a glass wall - thankfully there was a blind that could be pulled down for privacy.

There was nothing we found that we didn't like. The hotel was very nice. Both the pillows and the bed were a bit on the firm side, and we both woke up with a bit of a stiff neck. Other than that, everything was good.

The location was perfect. Close to good restaurants and a 2 minute walk to the stadium. It felt like the safest part of the city and we liked that it felt central to all activities. The staff was great and housekeeping was good too.

We had a loft room and the sofa was so firm that it wasn’t comfortable to sit on. It was cream colored too, and many stains were visible. But for us, it was fine as we were out and about most of the time and didn’t lounge in the room at all. The loft/bed area felt clean and cozy and the bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. There is a bay window between the bathroom and the living room (has a shade that can be up or down but you can still see into the bathroom a little) so if you are not close with your travel partner, that could be an issue. Again for us it was fine, but just an FYI.

Maître d'hôtel Arnaut was great - lots of help around hotel (parking and bags) and recommendations what/how to visit in the city. Breakfast was well organized and very tasty! Location further from the waterfront but close to 'hop on hop off' route and you actually can walk to the water taxi. There were number of groceries and cafes around. Hotel provided bikes and Vancouver seem very bike friendly, we end up renting near Stanley park. Hotel pool and sauna was amazing (sauna very new and spacious)

safe box didn't work well right away so staff spent some time to repair that. very interesting design for the bathroom wall to be transparent into the room
