Level Vancouver Yaletown - Seymour

Location was great and staff was attentive and friendly. Deep made the check in process smooth and easy. We had to leave very early on check out day so I made sure to speak to front desk the night before ( I believe her name was Sarah) so check out was easy too. The building had a pool and roof top terrace. Our room was in the corner so we had a couple of balconies. We also had our dog with us and the building was pet friendly. There was a dog park a block over and it was easily accessible. The parking was very secure.

The room could have been cleaned a little more thoroughly along the baseboards and corners of room. The one patio door was hard to lock as the latch wouldn't lock properly. There was no soap to run the dish drawer with. I noted the number of people that would be staying there when I first booked the room so it would have been nice if they could pay attention to that detail to ensure the proper number of towels, pillows and bedding was enough before guests check in.

The room was actually more of a studio. We had a king bed and a sleep couch (which we did not use since we were just with the 2 of us). The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was spacious and all necessary tools were in the kitchen. It also had a small terrace with chairs and not to forget a separate room to store your luggage. The location is good; more or less in the middle of Vancouver so a very good spot to start the exploration. A big plus was the swimming pool and hot tub on the roof. There are also BBQs available and a couple of table to eat if you like that. No breakfast available (but we knew that upfront). However with the supermarket almost next doors this is not really an issue; and there are many breakfast cafes all around as well.

The room was a bit pricy; we booked it almost half a year upfront and we were not able to find a place in Vancouver city with similar quality and rating so after all it was acceptable. We had a room on the front side; be aware that this is a main road so traffic is dense and can be a bit noisy. But if you decide to stay in the city center that is just something you need to accept as well.

Recommend this good place to stay! Stayed 10 days. The reception 24/7 was friendly, helpful and professional. The apartment was very well planned with thoughtful details. We had a one bedroom apartment in the corner on the6 th floor. It was equipped with all we needed and more. The apartment had two balconies, one furnished with table and chairs. The gym is good as well as the outdoor pool. Fresh towels to use included on both sites. Cleaningroutines flexible and of good quality. We could hear the traffic and from time to time lots of sirens from emergencyvehicles but we did not find it disturbing. Most of the town is within walkingdistance, E g Rogers Arena, Stanley Park, watertaxistation to Granville Island. Grocerystore across the street. For us this was the perfect place to stay while visiting our familymember who is an UBC-student for the moment. Would come again if returning to Vancouver.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Level and we couldn't be happier with our experience! From the moment we arrived, we knew we were in for a treat. Firstly, the apartment was spacious and well equipped. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with all the necessary amenities. What really stood out was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were incredibly friendly, approachable, and went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. They were always ready with a smile and were more than willing to accommodate any requests we had. We absolutely adored the rooftop pool and hot tub! It was the perfect spot to relax, unwind, and soak up the sun. The stunning city views combined with the luxurious amenities made it a highlight of our stay. One of the best parts of our experience was the opportunity to meet and socialize with other guests. The hotel created a warm and inviting atmosphere where it was easy to strike up conversations and make new friends. It added an extra layer of enjoyment to our trip. Last but not least, the location of the hotel was fantastic. It was conveniently situated within close proximity to all the tourist attractions, making it easy for us to explore van city without any hassle.

The sofa bed was quite noisy and uncomfortable 🥴

The facilities! the kitchen contained a full sized washing machine and separate tumble drier, together with iron and ironing board …. we were so grateful to be able to clean up after a long time on the road. The apartment was very spacious, bed comfortable, large sofa and enormous closet. It was very clean and well appointed and even had a balcony with chairs to sit out in the evening. it was within walking distance of the train station to the airport and there was a good supermarket across the road for groceries. The staff were very helpful and very pleasant. we could leave our luggage early which we appreciated.

although the location was very central and good for getting about we were quite surprised by how many homeless people there were on the surrounding streets. I think perhaps this is a problem in many cities but I would think twice about walking alone after dark in this area.

The staff was exceptional, the roof top pool and hot tub was killer! The room had everything you could want! I’d live there! Will return!

I didn’t like that I had to repay the whole amount because I brought the wrong credit card ( I booked with a different one) and they couldn’t just take the second night off my other card. What if I was only staying a night? Made zero sense. Now I am waiting for a refund for one of the nights. So that is a huge negative. That should be sorted out

Beautiful, modern appartment. Everything was very clean. The bed was huge and comfortable. Even the sofabed was comfortable for the children aged 11 and 14. We were located next to the pool and the hot tub which was very convenient. The staff at the reception is super friendly and very helpful. The area around the hotel seemed safe. Tip: Try out the Belgian waffle house downstairs

There was a box with baking powder (from previous visitors???) in the fridge. This should be removed when the appartment is cleaned.

Great experience. I arrived earlier than I expected and they let me to do an early check in. There was an extra bed (sofa) which we used for my 4year old daughter. Hot tub was amazing my child was over the moon in it.

Everything was great. I’ve heard that every hotel Vancouver is very expensive, so if you compare with other hotels, Level is definitely cheaper. Don’t use Expedia/routes rentalcar to rent a car, there was a misunderstanding between them and because of that I was unable to have one.

Good location, beautiful view of the city, spacious, beautiful kitchen and apartment amenities, beautiful balcony, pool and hot tub open until late (10pm), lovely staff! Thanks Ivan and others! Best hotel I have ever stayed at and lovely staff. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful. Forever a great memory!

The only thing I can think of was our big window in the living room had bird faeces all over, which obstructed our view, but, I can imagine how hard it is to clean the outside of a window that high up!

I was stuck in Vancouver after a flight cancellation and this hotel/ staff saved me. staff was nothing but helpful about getting me a last minute room and when I still wasn’t able to get a flight they helped me book more nights and worked with me so I didn’t have to move rooms. Room and bathroom were very clean and modern!! and kitchen was stocked with cooking gear and even an espresso machine. This place is only about a 10 minute walk from the city center/ subway so that was convenient. comfy bed, nice shower, tub, bathrobe and great city view from the balcony. For being stuck in a city I had no intention of being in and no previous knowledge about, I felt very safe and at home because I was staying here.

Only problem was the dryer wouldn’t work. It just kept turning off before even doing any drying. because of the time, I just ended up ringing my clothes out a bit and hanging them in the living room and they were dry by the next day.
