Front-desk and all the employees are very friendly. Very clean. Nice pool (6-22h). Hotel is situated near the water. 2-3km to Chinatown/Downtown/Inner Harbour. There is a nice pedestrian & bike-trail (Galloping Goose Trail), mostly along the water. Water-taxi (15C$ for adults) from Inner Harbour stops close to Days Inn („Selkirk Landing“). Room with electric-kettle and tea/coffee (some with kitchenette). Breakfast in the breakfast-restaurant (omelette, eggs, pancakes, oat-meal, …) is very good (good portions). Thank you!!

WC was once clogged. Restaurant (in the pub) is just for adults.

Return visit as a very affordable option for Victoria. Staff are great and helped with a room change due to a problem with the door lock and also helped with trying to locate missing item. There are different rooms options and this one was smaller than we had before with a sink located outside the toilet/shower room. Ample free parking and easy drive/bus/taxi/water taxi/ scenic waterside walk to downtown.

No lifts so if you are not on the same floor as reception heavy luggage can be a problem, however the hotel does make you aware of this in advance. We ended up having to move rooms from our requested room to an upper level due to an issue with the door so this turned out to be an issue but the hotel did initially put us in a ground floor room as requested.

The staff were very friendly and the air conditioning was amazing. It's literally the best I've experienced in a motel or hotel. The pillows were lovely, and the room seemed quite clean. Loved the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash pump in the shower.

The water in the shower fluctuated a lot, the beds are firmer than firm, the towels have a residue that makes drying off kinda strange, no light switch at the front door and there was something brown splashed on the wall to the left of the sink. The bed and the dirty wall were the only things that were really an issue. The other things I mentioned were just nit-picky things, and honestly, I understand that the bed was very firm to accommodate all the many people who will sleep on it. Can't have a soft bed; it'll need replacing faster

The location was perfect for us. I loved the Dove bathing products and the daily house keeping including changing all the towels used daily. The reception lady was so nice and all smiles when we were checking in which was a very good first impression.

The dining chairs have bedbugs. My husband and I both got bitten sitting on it. It could be because the chairs are one of those very old design that is foamed with floral cloth cover. The hotel should get rid of those and upgrade. While at that the pillows should be upgraded too.

Location - just the right distance from the city center. Beautiful surroundings. while waiting for my hubby to wake up , went around for a jog and to explore. The place felt so safe and so relaxing 😌 . Me took a lot of pixies and also met a local retired gentleman and enjoyed a chat. Room - feels like home. Clean, feels comfortable, and relaxing. Not all hotel rooms give that feel. Parking - it's free and just in front of our door. This makes the hubby so happy 😊

The location was perfect for what I needed which was to be close to where I was taking a course. We had a car. Not too much near by if you are on foot.

There is a pub in the building which went unnoticed for the majority. Saturday night it was extremely busy. When we returned from a late dinner, the parking lot was packed full. We had to drive around for a while searching for somewhere to park. We eventually found one spot left in the “15 minute parking only” but took it anyway as there was no other option. A couple party goers walked by late at night making a bit of a drunken seen, but it was brief. I expected the bar might be a little annoying, but they gave adequate warning about it prior to booking.

I was given a room with a kitchen, table and lounge area as well as a separate bedroom. It was very comfortable and had all the facilities needed. Staff at reception were very helpful when asked questions. Hotel is very well placed for you to drive into the centre of Victoria in a short space of time, with plenty of restaurants around. There is also a small grocery store as well as pizza place and subway nearby. Plenty of parking at the hotel too.

The bar/restaurant was so noisy I didn't go and try them out.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our accommodation had a bedroom, bathroom and a sitting room with a kitchen area. The kitchen had everything we needed if we chose to eat in. The room itself was at the end of the car park and it was very quiet apart from the occasional noise from people on the floor above. I would say the room was a little dated but it was very clean . The hotel also has a swimming pool and sauna, we used the swimming pool which was good. It's not in the centre of Victoria but no problem as the buses leave from outside of the hotel, we also walked the Galloping Goose Trail to Victoria, which doesn't take very long at all. We would stay there again.

We stayed at a quite corner room on the 3rd floor. The view was fantastic. We also love the fact it’s a little distant away from the downtown. It’s suitable for people who likes some quietness and nature! I love that our room had a kitchen, there’s a laundry room, and sauna. The rooms are big enough. We also appreciate the front desk people who were always very patient, listen to our need, and provide us our request promptly. Most important we appreciate the housekeeping Parvati so much to keep our place neat and clean throughout our almost two-week stay. She’s super friendly, polite, and easy to communicate with. Thank you so much!

It would be better if the soft bed could be flatter rather than a little curved. Like it is a little higher on both sides and deeper in the middle. But if it’s for one person to sleep in the middle of the whole sofa bed, it’s still very comfortable.
