The view of the inner harbor was spectacular. Great fun watching all the water activity from our balcony. The location was exceptional. We were close to key sites and activities, and the water taxis and Victoria Clipper dock. Victoria is a great walking city. After excursions, we enjoyed the peaceful setting of the Inn in our most comfortable room. Having a sofa and a chair was an added bonus.

I could not get the coffee machne to work...

We didn’t want to leave it was so lovely here. The balcony and view of the harbor, the large comfortable room, the wide hallways, the delicious restaurant, the walking paths and convenient location to so much. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in.

I mean, it would be cool if the pool also had a hot tub but whatever, this place is a 10.

It is located in a stellar part of the city and affords access to a very nice waterside park. The staff was very nice and incredibly helpful. They even brought a dog bed for our pooch. The only knock we have is that the restaurant is not dog friendly, despite the presence of an outside patio. Other than that it was a delightful stay.

Location is great and staff were amazing!

The windows/balcony door were not sound-proof and the noise from the seaplanes was very loud in the mornings. We could also hear the elevator clearly on our room and we were the second room back from the elevator. There was additional charge if $20 per day for parking - for the room rate, we would have expected this to be included.

I didn’t like that I wasn’t informed that daily cleaning of my room would not happen because of staffing shortage. It needed to be stated clearly. I was shocked when I returned to my room that the bed was unmade and the bathroom was untouched. I thought this was unacceptable given the price. I called the front desk and was told that I had been informed when I registered (not true). They offered me one complimentary breakfast. The situation was rectified and my room was cleaned daily. I was disappointed with this situation given the quality of the hotel.

The location is great--close to downtown but removed enough for a bit mor quiet. Room was generic but comfortable and had an excellent view of the harbour. The staff are the stand-out, though. Extremely friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be my first choice for next visit.

Gorgeous waterfront view with comfortable rooms and kind staff! The pool space was fabulous!

The distance from the main part of town was a hike-some people prefer to be away from the beaten path though. For the value-I feel a standard room these days should be Queen rooms (instead of full).

Loved looking over the water from the hotel room. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Air conditioning could do with updating. The room was still too hot at night even with it at its lowest. Would have liked a kettle in the room and larger cups.

Excellent location, with a great view of the harbour, lovely comfortable kingsize bed & nice bathroom. Good safe parking was an option we took advantage of. Pool was adequate & not too cool.

No servicing of rooms, yet no reduction in price. Options for breakfast limited & expensive for a bowl of porridge.

Great location with amazing views. Walkng distance to cuty centre, Fisherman Warf, and Beacon Hill park Smiling and helpful staff. Hotel parking.

All was good, just didn’t like ‘bouncy’ pillows, but that’s more personal.
