We didn’t use the restaurant on site.

There should have been a hotel phone in the room. There should be more recycle baskets/containers. No tea towels if you wanted us to do the dishes we did use. We loved that it was a kitchenette was not expecting that, that came in handy. The bedroom sliding glass door did not lock. The sliding doors could be updated for sure. Loved that there was a pool and outside seating. Very nice facilities, just a few more improvements, TV in bedroom, better mattresses(too soft), and change out the old stinky chairs that are very dated and dirty in the living room, to a small couch and chair set perhaps.

The Hotel has been fully renovated so it is clean and fresh looking. The room was lovely, spacious and well appointed. The shower was beautiful. The Hotel is 2 km from City Center but there is a lovely paved path that took us across a trestle bridge and we had a nice walk that took us downtown to the heart of Victoria. The water taxi system also has a stop nearby so it's quite convenient. The staff were all very sweet, friendly, always available and helpful with any questions we had. They offer a water bottle filling station, game room, a small restaurant for breakfast and lunch and Hecklers Bar. The Hotel was fairly quiet and lots of free parking outside and underground. The pool area was really clean and there were tables and chairs and lounges around it. There are some rooms with balconies so next time I would request one of those as ours didn't have one.

The hallways were long and when we got off the elevator we weren't sure which way to go to our room. It would be great if there were little signs when you get off the elevator showing which room numbers went in certain directions. Most Hotels have them. Not a big deal though.

The front desk staff, especially Alexis and Adil were wonderful, they don’t have a bike storage room as of yet but they very nicely offered to keep our e-bikes in an office for us. We really like the location for biking on Victorias amazing cycling routes, it’s only a few minutes to ride to the Galloping Goose trail system. The rooms have been nicely updated since we last stayed at the hotel. We spent 3 days touring the city and area by bike, we didn’t move our car until we were leaving to go home, we hopped on the bus to go downtown for dinner on our last evening.

Very friendly staff. Very conveniently located. Fitness Centre was reasonably well equipped. Comfortable bed, Lots of parking. Very close to transit. Also very close to access to the Galloping Goose trail system. It is nice to be able to get a kitchenette.

The kitchenette supplies were very basic and did not include a usable pot. However, that was noted to the front desk and a very friendly staff member brought one to me right away (and that request was made late in the evening).

We love how modern the hotel is (the lobby and room) and the room is clean and neat. All the little touches are carefully designed, and we also love how considerations this hotel is than most of the hotels in town offered.. The staff (the front desk and the cleaning lady) are very polite and respectful, making us feel like a 4.5 hotel. They even have underground parking. If we come to victoria again, we will choose this hotel again.

Wish we could cast to our Tv to stream apple TV, the air play didn't work, and lastly, the wifi periodically disappeared.

Very clean with nice updates! Love the bar/restaurant at the end of the hotel. We checked in late our first night and it was nice to be able to simply walk down for dinner and walk back to our room… wish we had been there on a Saturday to catch the comedy show! Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, even called up to our room shortly after we checked in to make sure we were happy with it. We would stay here again for sure!

It would have been nice if it was a little closer to the down town core, but it’s not that far if a drive anyway.

The staff at this hotel are there to make sure everything is great for it's clients. We arrived earlier then expected and the front desk staff found us an available room. They are always checking to make sure that your stay is comfortable. They even called our room in the evening to make sure everything was good. They immediately addressed any shortcomings.

The pool was not open yet but the weather was still a bit cool, so not sure I would have used it anyway. The bathroom was a little small but very fresh and clean.

Room was nicely appointed. Bathroom was very clean, bedding towels all fantastic. Nice updated shower and nice touch with rain head and removable shower wand. Bed was excellent. Good light out window coverings. Great downstairs room to share for family, kids, teams.

Two notations. No coffee maker in room and restaurant opens t 7am. I was told coffee makers on order but must have coffee first thing like many. Even a pot of complimentary coffee in the room made by non restaurant staff could be a quick fix. Lights in room need some kind of dimmer. All else was top was excellent.

This hotel was lovely. The room was very clean with some nice features in the room, like the amazing rain head shower, a heated mirror and high-end shampoo, conditioner and body lotion products. The beds were super comfortable, and the room was quiet, safe and located 15 minutes from Victoria's city centre. For the money, this is a great hotel. Would absolutely stay here again.

Wish the downstairs cafe was open in the evening.

Room was a good size, excellent for families. Kids loved the games room, lots of fun. The Cafe has a good range of breakfast options. Beds were super comfy and bathroom was very clean.

Only thing was a limited range of options for families to have dinner. We were very tired, so didn't want to drive to find dinner. There is a pub with good food on sites, but kids are not allowed so we had to get take out and go back to the room. The burgers that we had were excellent though.
