Great location and the room was lovely, bright and clean.

One elevator was not working over the Canada Day weekend (which according to other reviews had not been working for a while) which had many guests very frustrated with the long wait. I was charged for 2 nights of valet parking when I only had my car in there for one night. Our bin wasn’t emptied during our 3 night stay and was overflowing by the time we left. We ran out of toilet paper on the last night because they didn’t replace an almost empty roll as it was our last night.

The room was clean and comfortable, the location is great, and the restaurant offers great meals. It's nice that they offer robes for guests to use while at the hotel.

There was no parking available on our first night at the hotel (the staff offered help to park our car outside and bring us the key back, but it'd still be street parking). The water in the swimming pool was too cold, making it uncomfortable to swim.

Good Location with a short walking distance to the water front, very pleasant and friendly staff, bed was comfortable. Breakfast in their restaurant was good.

Disappointed with room. Advertised as a "Superior" room, but the only thing superior was the price. Furniture made the room seems crowded. The sofa was too large for the space and very uncomfortable for sitting. Bedside reading lamps are too low providing little light on the reading surface. They may be ok if you are lying on the floor. Ice machine on the floor was missing. I had to go to four other floors before finding one that worked.

Their swimming pool was way too crowded … there should be better control to keep all safe. Other hotels have systems in place to limit the amount of guests in the pool and they should do the same.

Location great, easy check-in, all staff from the cleaners, maintenance, and breakfast waiters/waitresses all friendly polite & very helpful. Very knowledgeable consierge.

Unfortunately had a very early wake up with a tapping/dripping sound 05:00. Maintenance came next morning & monitored throughoutthe day. Began again early hours 04:40. Staff would have moved me rooms on the 2nd day but I was leaving.

The friendliness of the staff. Everyone was so eager to help in whatever manner. The food was delicious except the chicken wings. They need to make from scratch or remove from menu.

Excellent location, quick elevators (small things matter), clean and comfortable rooms.

The lobby had a nice large U-shaped couch but could use some more seating options (without having to go into the restaurant). But there is limited space in the lobby, so overall, can’t really expect much more.

The room location was at the back and quiet. Thank you. The Staff were pleasant and ready to answer our various questions. The Restaurant staff were fun and the food was tasty. Thank you

The bed made my back hurt some but maybe I was overly tired.

Swimming pool was great and the bed was very comfortable. Location was perfect, close to most of the places we wanted to go.

We missed a microwave in the room. Also some welcome products to start the stay. The fridge was empty, not even a bottle of water as welcome.

The hotel was nicely presented and well maintained, within easy walking distance of downtown and the harbour.

There was nothing we didn’t like, but we were charged $3 plus tip for a tiny jug of milk and most hotels have this as standard in the rooms. Early morning construction outside was a little annoying but this is obviously no fault of the hotel.
