The hotel was clean and the staff was warm when greeting us. We stayed with a baby and two dogs and the staff were great with my dogs and child. Overall a family friendly and amazingly designed facility. We enjoyed the pool and steam room available.

The loud neighbors we had, may do the Hotel some good in even having a night watch person walking floors to correct rowdy teens who are staying with poorly supervising parents.

The hotel's location was great - very close to Avenir Centre - and the facilities were good overall.

It was disappointing that the hotel dining room was closed for dinner when there was a large concert going on and all of the local restaurants were booked. We had to drive elsewhere to find somewhere to eat. When we checked in early, it would have been helpful if the front desk staff had suggested that we make a reservation for dinner instead of leaving it for us to figure out that all of the places in close proximity had no tables available.

we arrived about 2 am and the staff did amazing finding us room day before we were suppose to get there. The staff was super nice. The Restauront is great and the food was delicius. The hotel sits on the main street and its close to the grocery stores and city facilities. We didnt want to leave :) definitly will be back.

The staff were incredibly friendly. The room was beautiful and the beds were really comfortable. The location was literally perfect! I could not have had a better time! We didn't need parking for this trip but for future reference it's nice to know that it is available.

Overall it was very nice. Room was amazing and cleaned. We enjoyed the king suite with jacuzzi.

Breakfast was surprisingly not included as it said upon reservation. We had to pay for it. Buffet was supposed to be included. This was very disappointing 😞.

Really enjoyed that it was close walking distance to all of the downtown venues and restaurants. Staff was incredibly easy to deal with and very helpful. On-site parking was easily accessible as well.

Had to change my booking to a different day and the room was double the money.

Our only complaint about the room was not having confortable chairs. we dont do well sitting on a bed. beds were very confortable parking was great.

maybe place seniors in a quiet area away fm families with children & people who like to drink too much & become a nuisance we encountered a problem on our first night. the staff & Manager dealt with the problem and we were very pleased with how we were treated. we certainly would stay again. we were a little disappointed the diningroom wasnt open in the evening but we are assuming it was becasue of covid

Perfect location downtown. Friendly staff. Very clean gym & pool.

For the high price, I would have expected free parking at the very least or a free continental breakfast. You have to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs when you enter from the outdoor parking.

The rooms are very well appointed, a refrigerator. The bed and pillows were excellent and that is the most important thing. Staff was helpful.

COVID closed the restaurant for dinner, Government rules for COVID are insane, business should stand up to reality not insanity. So basically I had to cut my stay short because I could not eat if I stayed.

The room was on the small side but modern, clean and bed was comfortable. We had dinner in the restaurant at the hotel and the food was great. There was parking at the property.

The room was hard to find as there were no signs indicating the room numbers in the corridor.
