The room was very clean and the location was right in town and to have a restaurant downstairs was even better. The room was big and nicely put together.

The shower did not work and when we asked about it we were told Maintenance would look at it when we left. Needless to say we never got to shower during our stay and when we asked if there could be anything could take place as it was very expensive for the room with no shower, we were told the manager would get back to us as soon as possible. We have called, and we have been told the manager would be in tomorrow. We are now 4 days later. With no call or message.

Very comfy, well-appointed room. Easy walking distance to downtown businesses. Convenient parking in structure across the street. Responsive staff, even in virtual capacity.

Not a "dislike", just a different experience with virtual check-in. Think of it like an Air BnB situation. Realize that they are rebuilding their operations post-covid, so not quite back to breakfasts, and full, in-person staff. That said, coffee available each day, and easy to get ahold of someone by phone. Be aware, very phone/tech dependent. Just be prepared and flexible.

Good location for us to walk to tidal bore viewing and local restaurants. Parking garage across the street, although we wound up not paying because it wasn’t dispersing tickets when we arrived. Comfortable bed and well equipped bathroom.

No elevator with steep 3rd floor walk up, and we could still hear some noise from the live music in the restaurant below. No staff on site—we entered with door codes provided in an email. No view— just an air shaft.

The virtual check in process was efficient. Great location within the City and very friendly staff on site.

Washroom design in the room was very odd. It didn't offer privacy having see through glass on the shower walls and placement of the toilet behind the glass.

The location downtown, in situ good restaurant, great luxury rooms, nice little very comfortable hotel.

Rooms are not fully dark as there is no curtain. It can be noisy outside the room if you are close to the reception or when they clean outside.

Amazing room! Love the design of the room with it’s open shower. My kind of place. Very clean, well situated in DT Moncton near everything. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Perfect little breakfast too! The fact that the SJG has a restaurants with a terrace is very convenient ! Good food, good music (a little loud on the terrace, though), great staff. Good place to meet family! This hotel will be our new go to when in Moncton visiting family (that can’t receive us anymore). Just love love love it! I’m looking forward to our next stay! Thank you to all the staff who welcome us and our pup with open arms!

Maybe add a memory foam mattress top and definitely better pillows! Besides that, everything was perfect!

Very nice room, exceeded expectations. Excellent location. Parking although not included is easy at the city public parkade one block over ("Alma/Church parking lot").

Breakfast offering was very limited. Note: the elevator was out of service and 3 flights of stairs to climb. Staff did offer to help us carry bags up though.

No elevators. With 2 spinal fusions and a new knee, I found the steep stairs daunting. I found the "humanless" approach undesirable as I had questions that needed answering. I never found the free parking and ended up paying to park in the garage across the street.

Chic, boutique. Quiet atmosphere with just a few rooms ... Quality over quantity

The faucet on the soaker tub was broken, we had to fill the tub using the shower head. Having bottles of wine available in the room (minibar style)

Comfy, warm room, friendly staff, downtown close to everything. Easy check-in. Very very clean and cozy. Didn’t feel cold like a typical hotel room. Felt like coming home.

Could have better parking but not a deal breaker
