Room was clean, maintained well and good size.

The hallways leading to the rooms smelled musty and could use a super cleaning! Think it was the carpets. Was locked of of our room and had to go to the front desk not once, but twice! Super annoying!!! They expired our key cards a day early. Staff needs to pay far better attention! This has happened to me before when coming in late, 3 AM. at 3 AM no body wants to go back to the reception in order to get into the room. Also, felt the price was a little high for such an old property!

We booked our stay last minute as we were on the road all day. While the hotel is dated and needs minor repairs aesthetically - it is clean and comfortable Free parking - gas station and Tim Hortons are right next door The breakfast is excellent with lots of choices. The front staff are friendly and hilarious - we needed a 30min later check out as my visit with relatives went longer than expected!

Front desk staff were personable and helpful. Room on 3rd floor was quiet, clean, and I appreciated the blackout curtains. Bed was comfortable. Good wifi.

No in-room coffee/hot water machine. :( Perhaps they think guests will walk over to the Tim Hortons… but it sure would have helped during colder, rainy weather, to wake up and make a warm beverage. Seemed odd. If you want a warm breakfast, grab it at Timmy’s when you get your morning coffee. The hotel offers small to-go cups of coffee with their selections, between 6 & 9, after that, you’re out of luck - and there are no mugs for in-room re-heating.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The facilities were clean. Breakfast was good. Room was clean with brand new tub/shower, tiles etc. Overall it was a great experience for how much it cost to stay there.

Carpet needed to be replaced. Side door didn't work with room key. Would have been handy for room location and parking.

Hotel very nice. Bed very comfortable and room attractive. Generally very adequate.

Bathroom needs a Reno, mainly paint. Bathroom wallpaper and paint peeling. Door hinges rusty. Fixtures up to date and worked well. Just looked dowdy. Would have liked a nonslip surface in the bathtub and a grab bar for safety.

Location was good, puppy friendly provided luggage cart, staff so helpful

Living room lamp broken & had to crawl under table to plug in to turn on. The hot breakfast had bacon only & no other hot food, no fruit or OJ; coffee was good

We enjoyed how spacious our room was as well as how clean it was. The location was great as we could walk to Tim Hortons for coffees, and there were a couple of fast-food places there as well.

I stayed in room 126, everything was good except for two things. 1. The big window didn't have any black out drapes so I had the parking lot light shining into my room all night. 2. Bathroom sink/drain needs to be cleared n fixed

The rate was incredible for two nights. The room was nice, the AC was mediocre at best and the view kinda boring Huge bed though

Just the temperature of the room mostly. Small fridge.

Breakfast was good, though the hotel was impacted by supply chain issues so some items weren't available. Easy access to the hotel, especially for my Dad who has some mobility issues. All in all a good stay. the hotel was able to provide a bath seat upon request.

One room didn't have a clock radio, and one of the chairs no longer had its full functionality. We didn't bring these forward as we were able to move stuff around between the two rooms.
