Helpful staff, good location and plenty of parking. Room was large and comfortable. The location was great, just off hwy 403, and central for the places we were visiting.

I would have preferred to see baked beans on the menu every morning to go with the eggs, bacon and sausages. But this is my personal choice. Otherwise, a good selection. There wasn’t a kettle. We drink tea and I had to mess about coaxing hot water out of the coffee-maker.

Enjoyed the breakfasts. Loved the pool. Beds very comfortable and clean and suite was spacious, which was important because we stayed 10 days. Parking was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Happy for laundry facilities. Lobby and breakfast area very pleasant. Glad staff were good about following and encouraging Covid restrictions. Over all, a very nice stay. Liked the table and chairs and the chair with a laptop table very much. Liked the fridge and dishwasher. Lots of good parking space. Enjoyed the pool.

The window did not open but actually this was not a problem as the room seemed quite airy. But normally I want a window that opens. However, the bathroom, which was quite large and nice, needed a fan. Sometimes the smells were not pleasant and the steam from the shower was bothersome. Would have appreciated a tea kettle since we are tea drinkers, not coffee drinkers. Had to use a pot to boil water. Kitchen generally well furnished and staff gave us dish soap as needed so that was good.

I loved the kitchen with the stove top, giant microwave, sink and dishwasher. The bathroom was spacious and so was the sleeping/dining area. The beds were amazingly comfortable. The television was large and we could sign into our Netflix account on it. It was nice to have a table to eat on and a comfy chair with foot stool to sit and relax with. The refrigerator/freezer was a good size and fit everything we needed. Air conditioner/heater worked well. The beds were so extremely comfortable and the pillows were good as well. I called down to the desk and extended our stay and they only asked that we come in the morning or later that night to get new keys, so that was easy. They had a free box breakfast and all of the items were fresh. They sell items that you might want to eat or heat up. Our stay was very pleasant. We will definitely be returning.

The only things we didn't like was that there was no TLC Network channel to watch our favorite show. No utensils in the kitchen even though there were plates, bowls, cups, glasses and a couple of pots and pans.

the second room we got was spacious king bed huge tv great view in the distance beyond the parking lot of the forest and pink sky. the kitchen was gorgeous and the hot breakfast was excellent! they shut it down a bit earlier than was stated but we squeezed it in. also enjoyed the decaf coffee complimentary in the evening from the lobby.

Clean, well kept, room was even stocked with pots and such. Bed was amazing, would love to know what type as I want to buy one lol. Just an over all amazing experience, thank you.

A little far from our concert but so so nice!!

Hotel is pretty much brand new. Rooms are spacious with a full fridge, sink, coffee maker. The room was extremely clean and beds were very comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for better accommodations for the price we paid. I wish all hotels were like this one.

Overall the stay was excellent. Clean , quiet and comfortable room The welcome snack Bag was a bonus and gave us a good feeling this Hotel was class. The breakfast was also very well presented in a box with good coffee and tea Could have changed it up the next day with something different inside. I will come back and recommend

The only thing that bothered me was the lack of proper pots and utensils for cooking on stove and microwave. The Microwave could have been better if there was a Convection feature. I also noticed a extra charge on the bill TMP - Travel Marketing Program. This is suppose to asked if we wanted it added. This charge is not automatically added to a Hotel bill

The breakfast was not good at all. Didn't stay for breakfast either morning even though we would have liked to.

Weak coffee, Poor quality of baked goods. Eggs???? Serve less but make what is available of a higher standard.

The breakfast was fantastic! The room was beautiful. I would have loved to have stayed another night so I could have checked out the pool and other amenities.

The view (my expectations weren't high anyways honestly so no biggie).

We arrived from out of town for a wedding. They greeted us with a warm welcome & accommodated us with an early check in. All the staff were very friendly lending to an overall wonderful experience.
