Campbellford River Inn

The Inn was very clean and comfortable. The beds are memory foam and very comfy. The property was large and right on the river. There were picnic tables and a dock to sit out by the river. All the rooms had a river view so doesn't matter which room you get. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. I would recommend it to anyone if you're in the Campbellford area overnight. I will stay there again.

There was nothing I didn't like. Everything was fantastic! Great place to stay.

The location was great. The view of the river was stunning, especially at sunset. The rooms were clean-you could smell they were recently cleaned when you walked in.

Bathroom was a bit outdated and the room was on the smaller side but these weren’t necessarily things we didn’t like persay.

Great location right on the river, you could swim or sit on the dock. The pool was very clean, and we were the only ones in it ! We had a second floor room, great view from the balcony. The room itself had updated furniture, nice linens on the beds. Good sized mini fridge with an freezer section and microwave. The bathroom was a little dated but only in decor (retro blue tiles) it was in excellent shape and spotless. The staff was friendly and it seemed like a family run business.

Couple improvements suggested are bigger towels or pool towels ( we only got 2 small towels ) the a/c was just a window unit which one turned on cooled the room enough but as a suggestion could have been turned on at check in time to help cool the room upon arrival.

The beds were very comfortable. The room was clean and smelled really nice. The bathroom was fairly recently renovated. There are picnic tables down by the river to sit and watch the boats and geese go by.

The pool was ok. It should have steps to get into it instead of a ladder which is harder to do. There could be minor cosmetic changes outside.

No breakfast. Bed was a little softer than I like. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Everything was clean and tidy. Coffee provided in room was great.

There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Only one of our two rooms had a hair dryer, but it was all good as I had packed one from home.

If there was a breakfast included we didn't know about it, but I don't think there was. The view was awesome! The owners were so very nice!! The room was extremely clean!

Pretty pricey for the size of the room, it was quite small.

Great stay! Location was perfect. Our first getaway together and we will for sure be coming back.

Mat to take shoes off onto, got the entry way carpet wet with our boots from the snow.

Bedding and pillows very comfortable. Beautiful setting on the water.

A towel bar for larger bath towels would be nice
