At first I was a bit surprised about how far the hotel was away from the downtown core of Belleville, however, also enjoyed the fact that it was a bit away from the busy strip. The hotel room was clean, modern, with amazingly comfortable beds. The breakfast offered a variety of options, and provided us with a good meal at the start of our day. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and quick to serve. The staff in the kitchen were friendly, and open. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. We did not use the pool or exercise room, so I have no comment there. it was also great that the hotel was so close to the 401, both for our arrival and departure heading back to southwestern Ontario. We also enjoyed the proximity and easy access to Prince Edward County, which is one of our targets when we stay in Belleville.

This comment is for all hotels in general - hotels seem to be set up for 1-2 night stays. We were staying at the hotel for 5 days/nights, and would have liked comfortable chairs to sit in when spending time in the room. There was only an office chair for the desk. Also, staying for 5 days, there was only limited shelf and no closet space, which meant living out of my suitcase.

Very friendly staff. Clean and beautiful room, left a very good impression. The breakfast was delicious, the kids loved making their own waffles!

Breakfast was on cardboard plates and cups - it is not convenient to eat, it is not environmentally friendly and spoils the taste of good food. The location was not the best - there were no places to eat nearby.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was extremely clean and very quiet. The breakfast had good choices to choose from, No bacon but I forgive them for that. The location is ideal, right off the 401. We (husband and I) spent a relaxing weekend there.

Really have no complaint. Only a suggestion to add bacon to the menu? All else was amazing. Wonderful staff, very clean and quiet place.

The first time we experienced no service in room (housekeeping cleaning unless staying for 5 days) and this was a bit disappointing. Having handheld shower would have made the stay better.

The hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were spacious. It's located a short drive to casino, mall and restaurants.

The water pressure in shower wasn't very strong. And there were not enough tables in the breakfast area to accommodate to families.

Let me start off by saying, what an amazing experience we had booking with Hampton Inn. Our small family of 3 decided to visit Prince Edward county and stayed the nights in Belleville (only 35-45 mins drive). The staff at Hampton Inn were extremely friendly and helpful. When we required more tissue paper and garbage bags they brought it up immediately (contactless). The breakfast options actually exceeded my expectation. I am a frequent traveler and the usual bed & breakfast options have toast, jam and yogurt. Here though they had english muffins with eggs, fresh waffles and more. Awesome! If we ever come back, we will visit again. Thank you for a memorable stay

The breakfast was good. Have I seen bigger and better options? Yes. Can this breakfast be better? Yes

I wish they had kids play room. The chlorine in the pool affected my husband's eyes for over a day. I thought it was just him, but no, my friend also had the same issue. They need to clean that pool more instead of loading it with chlorine.

Overflowing garbage tank at the main door in the evening and in the breakfast room in the morning. Not enough seats and tables in the breakfast room.

The bed was amazing. The best hotel bed I have ever slept on! Room was amazing, spacious and very quiet. Could have stayed for a week, not just a night!

Nothing, just wish we would have checked in earlier! Everything was perfect! Loved the added bonus of breakfast.

Breakfast was ok. But, would have preferred option of traditional Canadian bacon and eggs instead of the “Macdonalds egg McMuffin”.

The room was very nice, with the exception of the heater/AC. The wall controls have only 2 settings for the fan, off or blasting wind. If there is a control for lowering the intensity of the fan we could not fine it.
