Extremely clean. Nice to have a full kitchen for multiple night stay. Staff were extremely friendly, particularly Rav and her colleagues at the front desk. Pet friendly. Underground parking. Very quiet facility overall even though it is close to traffic, train tracks and fire station. Grassy area available in front of hotel for pets. Lots of plugs throughout the room that are easy to access, which is helpful for multiple devices. Good water pressure in the shower. Short drive to multiple City parks. Relatively easy access to highways and major roads

Surprised that parking was not included in the room rate. Surrounding neighbourhood has many homeless people, which is sad and not the hotel's fault. Disappointed that this hotel charges a pet cleaning fee. One would expect that the room is thoroughly cleaned regardless of pets being there and our pet does not shed.

It was near my work and had underground parking, which gave us safety. The unit is presentable and complete. The curtain cuts the lights perfectly, and the shower is amazing. Have a full kitchen and a convenience store nearby. the cafeteria was nice with tasty food.

the bed was made with a torn fitted. The bathroom vent was dusty. In the freezer, the ice fell in the middle of the night, making strong noise, and the Nespresso machine, water tank was yellow inside.

All was good. The only thing I could have used was a broom and mop to sweep up and was the floor during our stay as the weather was so wet and my large dog tracked in a lot of dirt. plus with the warmer weather, he was shedding A lot of his winter fur, as he is a winter dog.

The only downside was that there were no sizers to cut open packages, no can opener and no large or small sharp knives for cutting veggies, etc.

Staff were polite, helpful,proactive and overall just very, very good! The room we were in was like a bachelor apt. It was awesome! Underground parking was reassuring and appreciated. Breakfast was typical but great to have take out containers! My husband grabbed me breakfast while I was in the shower..so that was very convenient.

Only 1 elevator working for a busy hotel. Area was....not great and street repairs were a complete mess although not the hotels fault obviously.

It was amazing, was so impressed they upgraded our room, never stayed anywhere quite like that before, it was like being in a house it was so big. We loved it. The only downfall was all the sirens during the night.

There really isn't anything downtown in either direction - not the hotel's fault, but a turnoff for most casual visitors. Location was chosen specifically for its proximity to relatives who live on Waterloo, otherwise, doubt I would ever consider visiting or staying downtown

Very clean and spacious unit - kitchen with full size fridge was great. Ample parking underground and some above ground spaces too. Generous breakfast buffet - lots of choice

It was very useful that meals were included and delivered to my room door, although a couple of meals were too spicy for my taste, while having testing done. Many of the staff were very polite and helpful.

I was challenged at the front entrance once, to show my hotel card and prove that I was a customer. Above ground parking was limited on Saturday night, so I was cautious about leaving. Underground parking sounded a bit tricky. You had to use your room card to get in... I wanted to be sure that I was on time for early morning appointments.

room was as advertised, very comfortable. Underground parking was easily accessed and worked well as it was snowy weather. Breakfast exceeded expectations. Location was excellent for our needs in downtown London.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast and the facilities where great for what we wanted and needed. It was also very close to the places that we where going so we didn't have far to drive.

If the hotel had a pool it would have made it perfect
