Breakfast was great! I was especially grateful they had alternative dairy products my latte. I love the invigorating smell of the shower gel, body cream, conditioner and shampoo.

The signage in the elevator regarding using your swipe to select your floor could be more prominent. Make it standout more by using bolder lettering or brighter colours or better placement. It was in the upper right hand corner of the keypad at the hotel I stayed at which was difficult to notice as you enter the elevator.

The staff were incredible! The property is beautiful, well maintained, very clean and quiet. The food was excellent as well.

I prefer baths to showers and there was just a shower - a very nice shower, which was fine for our few days stay, but I missed being able to enjoy my relaxing soak. The only bathtub in the hotel is in the Presidential Suite, which was not needed for just the 2 of us.

One of the cleanest places I've ever stayed at ! The staff what so so nice. The hotel is modern and there is daily parking if you decide to go by car. You should definitely stay here.

There is nothing I can really complain about, however, the location is not the BEST BEST. What do I mean by that ? Obviously you are not downtown Toronto so if you’re going for a concert downtown or something like that, you will need to drive around 25-35min to get there.

How it wasn't fully stocked for the number of days we were booked. There was a slight miscommunication with the breakfast which prevented us from missing out on our included breakfast for the first two nights. Once that was settled we were able to get breakfast for the last 2 days

It was a convenient location to uptown area. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was big and clean. The gym was quite equipped.

The towels were the worst part of the stay. They were old, really dry and thin (not fluffy), very worn (heavily used), with some spots on them. I requested another two sets of towels, only one of the sets looked useable, so that was quite disappointing considering the hotel was still relatively new. Also, the tissue problem in the bathroom, it got like paper dust and lumps flying all over when I pull a tissue out of the box, so I just didn’t use it afterwards.

Breakfast was very good, nice location and TVs in the booth great, but the service was friendly but slow

checking in, the desk could not locate our booking from booking.com and took a few mintes to complete our checkin and show we had pre-paid the fee. Staff was terrific.

I love the hard wood floors and modern layout of the space. I like how netflix and other streaming services are available to guests. This hotel is pet friendly which was a HUGE help to us. Our cat loved the space!

Pillows are way too soft. There should be firmer pillows available to guests. The air vents are a bit too loud and are too close to the bed. We had to turn the heat off at night to stop the air from directly hitting us in the face and to keep the room quiet.

shared amenities with the condos opposite the hotel, the bed was too soft and uncomfortable, we had to ask for a lot of thing needed in the room like body wash, gowns and slippers. They were out of slippers anyway. You can also literally hear the cars and noise outside from your room

I made an error in my booking and the staff were very helpful and understanding in getting things fixed. Their efforts were very much appreciated

we had a room with 2 beds the beds were too soft for our liking and there weren’t enough chairs in the room. the room comes with 1 moveable chair and a cushioned bench seat in a fixed position. I will definitely try to book a suite next time.
