Hampton Inn Niagara Falls

Great Stay, Breakfast great food, staff super friendly, bed super comfortable. Would definitely stay here again! Great help with navigating all the activities in Niagara Falls!! Activity coordinator was so great in recommending options for dinner or fun!! She was super helpful and a life long resident of Niagara!

Everything met and exceeded my expectations! Nothing was bad!!

We stayed in room 301 to be exact. We stayed 6 nights. It was super quiet, clean, with comfortable beds. The front desk and workers are super friendly and helpful. The outside premises are kept clean. There's free coffe, tea or hot chocolate 24 hrs. a day at entrance. Snacks, icecream, beverages, and microwaveable food are sold also at front area. There's soda vending machines and ice machines on each floor. There's a washer and dryer on premises that I loved. $2 to wash, 30 minutes and $2 to dry, 45 minutes. You get change at front desk since it only takes quarters. Kerp in mind this area has no grocery stores. The only close place is a 7-11 a few blocks away. The pool was nice too w towels provided in same area.

There is breakfast from 6 to 10 a.m. Since this is spring break of course there wrre a lot of families w kids. If grown-ups wiuld be more mindful and kerp them out of food area. Its unbelievable the mess they make when getting food. Its a small space and gets pretty full. I saw kids grabbing bread without putting on gloves which are provided nor were tongs used. Eggs spilled all over. Other than that the food itself and coffee were excellent.

Niagara river is 5 min walk and 15 min from the falls either at the mainland or in on the Goat island that you can get by the bridge. Breakfast was okay. Good that we stayed during weekdays not weekend. Still the parking was full so the hotel and the breakfast area. In the town not easy to find a proper restaurant not a fast food. We had lunch at an Indian buffet and dinner at Chinese cafe.

Was booking 1 king bed and 1 sofa for the family of 4 (2adults and 2 kids). Blanket is only for the bed, but sofa goes only with coverlet. Asked for the blanket but was given only additional waffle coverlet which was not sufficient during nights.

The room was nice and adjoining to my grandkids which was excellent. The breakfast was nice and restocked as needed. Tables were clean. The pool area was OK, but the second night there were no swim towels available to the swimmers to dry off. The parking area was good and safe. Overall, a good experience for me and my family.

No complaints for me or my family.

I was disappointed by the amount of unnecessary use of plastics etc. at breakfast. Knives, forks and spoons were plastic. Cups and plates were cardboard. Although the plates said recyclable on them everything, including uneaten food, was thrown in the same bins so it all probably went to landfill. In todays world this is disappointing. Apart from this the hotel was good, room was excellent and staff helpful.

It is within walking distance to the Falls and many of the attractions on the US side. A very short drive to Rainbow Bridge to cross into Canada and to Clifton Hill which was amazing ! It is also across from the casino which is very convenient. The staff was very friendly. There was someone at an information desk that gave us some great information about local attractions and crossing the border over into Canada (since we had not done that before). My daughter has a peanut allergy, the staff at breakfast was kind enough to go and get the bag of waffle mix so that I could read it and check for cross-contamination with peanuts- which there was none. I really appreciated the staff’s great customer service

Some how, we had ants in one of our bathrooms. It looked like they were getting in under the door some kind of way but it really wasn’t that bad. Our rooms were above the maintenance rooms and they were doing some kind of work in there during the day. We had our dogs with us and the noise really disturbed them and they were barking a lot because of the loud drilling or buzzing noise. But overall I really had to reach to find some thing negative to say. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and it really was a good choice.

The location was great, centrally located and within walking distance to several locations such as the casino and different eateries. The breakfast was good and sufficient amount of choices. Free parking where other hotels charged for parking! The staff that greeted us were nice & friendly.

The cost was a bit more than what I was expecting to pay. I forgot about all the taxes in different states.

Breakfast bar and unlimited complimentary coffee was beyond my expectations! Very friendly Staff and clean environment . Would definitely recommend and stay again! The firework show from the casino across the road made this hotel the best place to be during the July 4th! Location is very convenient and within walking distance to all major attractions of the Niagara Falls and State park!

I would’ve loved to bring my little dog who is well behaved but had to leave him behind not knowing this hotel accepts service dogs .

Breakfast was good with a variety of food options. Convienient location to niagara falls state park.

One of the elevators was not working causing long waits. We used the stairs from our room on 5th floor to ground floor to avoid long waits for elevator. The pool chemicals were very strong and felt out of balance when we swam. Even the air in the pool area smelled of chemicals.

The staff set the mood of the property. We have never had staff as friendly and this helpful. It is amazing how much more we enjoyed doing what we came to Niagara Falls to do when we were treated so nicely and competently by the staff at this Hampton Inn.

The toilet took longer than most to refill the tank before it could be flushed again. This was the only negative thing I could think of.
