The hotel is in an excellent location, you can get out of it and the waterfalls are right next to it, as well as Goat Island. There are restaurants near the hotel and excellent pizza across the road. The hotel provides free parking for guests and there is plenty of parking, so even if you want to get to Maid of the Mist, it is a few minutes walk away.

It was close to the falls

Don't go in APRIL.. nothing is open, and what was opened closed at 3pm or 4pm the Maiden of the mist was not even in the water and on the website it said it was up and running it was not! Bottom line, nothing to do there!

The location of the hotel was perfect. The view from our room on the upper level was beautiful, loved looking out at the city lights and the park of the falls. Very short walking distance to the park, walked around the falls at night after they lit up the falls and took a million pictures! Very friendly and helpful staff, we went on uncle Moe's bus tour through the falls and learned so much about the history of the falls, highly recommend his tour! The breakfast was pretty good, my husband loved the cinnamon waffle mix the most. Good variety of food, and very clean and well kept! We will definitely be returning some day when we can!

My recent stay at Comfort Inn in Niagara was a wonderful experience. Initially, I was confused about which hotel to choose for my one-night stay, but after reading the reviews, I decided to book this hotel, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I made. The location of the hotel was perfect as it was just a 2-minute walk away from the falls. The staff was super friendly and always available to assist me with any queries or requests I had. The 24-hour free coffee service was a great touch, and the availability of an oven to heat up my food anytime was a huge convenience. The breakfast had a good variety of options, and the washroom was clean and well-maintained. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities like a flat-screen TV, mini-fridge, and coffee maker. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Niagara. The staff's hospitality was exceptional, and the location of the hotel made it easy for me to explore the falls. Thank you for a great experience!

Location was great! Very close to falls and walking distance to everything! Quiet so you did not hear your neighbors except from hallway.

Only one elevator in complex. Constantly waiting for it, even to go to LL where breakfast was located. No service from housekeeping unless requested, but when I requested (as told to) I did not get the supplies I needed. I had to go to front desk or chase down housekeeping. Breakfast was OK, but confusing. Need a sign designating where line starts, so everyone is not aimlessly wandering and cutting people off. Cereal was stale, but other offerings fresh.

Location amazing and easy accessible Security . Loved the side entrance with room key without having to go all the way around Breakfast loved the cinnamon waffles and the coffee was great too Staff courteous and told us about the fireworks The toilet handle my mom actually loved the most thought it was fancy Decent sink size for bathroom and had mirror outside to get ready easily outside of bathroom. Easy for multiple people to get ready.

Bathroom faucet was broken for the tub, and had to remove drain as it was getting stuck and causing water to not drain properly The handle in tub to hold on to in case of fall was also detached . Stuck out safety issue Carpet both in room and lobby and main floors was dirty with stains. Maybe dogs ? And also luggage but did not feel clean enough to walk even with socks The beds were older . I could feel the springs and it wasn't comfortable. Luckily we were tired enough to sleep decently.

The location is amazing. It's very conveniently located so you can walk over to the tourist attractions and there are plenty of places to eat nearby as well. It's really helpful with kids as you can just walk over to all the attractions and have a park for them to just play around as well.

Parking charges. There is enough space and they can easily waive off parking charges for folks staying there, rather than opening up the parking for outside visitors for extra money. They are very strict with the check-in timing. I doubt you would be able to get a room before 3/3:30 pm. It was surprising to me as we stayed on weekdays and the hotel didn't seem full.

Location was fabulous, just right across the street from the park and the trolley stop, too. Our room was on the 5th floor and it was a corner king room. Great views! Check in was easy and even though the hotel was full there was always a parking spot. Easy walking to the falls and places to eat.

The bathroom was clean but VERY small. The fitted sheets on the bed had no elastic left in the corners and they were very poorly fitting. I spent time putting them back on the mattress, it's a small thing, but it was annoying. Elevators were slow and I didn't know about the coffee around the corner until the day I checked out. I would have loved to have coffee during the day.

My wife and I were traveling to the Niagara Falls area to look at a boat that was for sale. We needed a place to stay. My wife said that she wanted to see Niagara Falls in the winter. I looked on Google Maps for hotels near the falls and saw that Comfort Inn at the Pointe was directly across the street from the state park and the falls with ample parking in their lot. I booked a room for one night online. After a day of traveling, we arrived at 8:30 PM. We were greeted by the desk clerk who checked us in. We asked her how to get to the falls. She pointed us in the right direction and cautioned us about the possibility of ice on the park's sidewalks from the fall's spray and said that the falls are lit up with colored lights at night. We went to our room which we found to be exceptionally clean and odor free. The view from our 4th floor window overlooked the state park and the Canadian side of the river. We walked to the falls, endured the freezing wind and temperature, took some beautiful photos, and marveled at how impressive these falls are. Upon returning to the hotel, we thanked the desk clerk for her directions and tip about the icy walkways and returned to our room for a comfortable night's sleep. In the morning, we went downstairs for the complimentary breakfast and coffee. The Corona virus and related precautions that the hotel staff has to take, limited the breakfast choices. We opted for the sausage, egg, and cheese on a muffin that you had to microwave. The breakfast room was also very clean and understood the reasoning behind the meal selections. We made one more walk to the falls before checking out. We stayed at the Comfort Inn in the dead of winter. No tourists, and no traffic. I also suspect that because of the hotel's prime location the rates are going to be seasonably higher during the warmer months. Even so, his wouldn't deter us from staying there again.

Very comfortable and spacious room including beds. Tasteful decor. Small but good bathroom. The mini fridge was handy. Very good complimentory breakfast including fresh fruit, juices, cereals, hot choices, toast (tick tick!) muffins, and a waffle station. Much appreciated. Reception staff were helpful and pleasant, especially for a special request. Finally, the LOCATION was perfect. I made a lot of effort to choose this hotel, including reading many reviews, and we were not disappointed. The hotel is the closest hotel to the Falls. We walked out the rear gate, crossed a small street and were at the Niagara State Park entrance. Just 2 or 3 minutes' walk and we reached the raging river. 3 minutes further took us to Prospect Point and the views began! The Observation tower/deck and Maid of the Mist were only 2 minutes further again. The Park is all newly landscaped and a very open, appealing and accessible area, along with a new Visitor Centre. Similarly, from the park entrance, a 3 minute walk upstream took us to the pedestrian bridge for Goat Island, for more fantastic viewpoints. Rainbow bridge too, for the Canadian views, is only 5 minutes or so walk away. There is also a Indian food van at the rear of the property, with tables and umbrellas.

Lighting nice via 3 lamps but not sufficient for reading a book for instance. Altho the location is perfect for the Falls, and there are many restaurants in the near vicinity, there are no convenience stores or supermarkets, for quite a distance, even if one is a keen walker. We found this a problem as we would have liked to buy some fresh food eg fruit and vegetables such as a salad. This is not the hotel's issue, but something that may be relevant to others. Despite this, we would still stay at this hotel again for the convenience.
