The location is excellent. There cannot be a better place than this hotel. It is walkable to the falls and is in a very brightly lit area which makes it very safe. Plenty of food near the hotel and is available most of the time. Parking facility is also very safe if one is driving and needs a good safe place to park the car. Friendly and caring staff. The rooms were clean. The hotel has a terrace from where one can see the fireworks and the night lighting of the falls. Lighting is not fully visible but can see the reflection of lights from the mist.

Very inconvenient breakfast timings. Hyatt closes breakfast at 9 am which is terrible and we could not catch the breakfast. It is a holiday destination and many activities continue late in the night. Waking up early in the morning, especially with family, and kids during holidays just for catching Hyatt's breakfast is not a good idea. A sincere request to the hotel to extend the breakfast till 10 am at least to cater to all tourists as this is a 100% tourist location. The hotel staff didn't help even with bread toasts when approached at 9.05 am though many were still continuing to have their breakfast. They just shut off sharply at 9 am. So anyone looking for breakfast, please be at the counter before 9 am.

The room was awesome. We asked for a room looking towards the falls and they gave us one. The staff was great especially Nick who checked us in.

Breakfast was a disaster. I booked this hotel for location and breakfast. Breakfast was a total let down. It was supposed to last until 9. We got there at 830. No coffee. They did get some out by 850, but promptly took it away at 9.they ran out of prepackaged meals, bread for toast, all fruit but bananas, only juice left was apple. We overheard the breakfast lady say to management they were out of all this stuff. The worst was at 9 sharp they came out of the kitchen and packed everything up, couldn’t even get a refill on coffee, I will go to a different hotel next time. I felt it was rude and inconsiderate of the staff and management

Check in and check out was very easy- room was ready early so that was a big plus! King room was a nice size. Parking was easy even though it was in a garage across the street. Location was walking distance to everything! Breakfast was good but busy and they ran out of things early on.

The room view was not much to look out at- facing a back alley of restaurants and shops. Bar closed down at 11pm, so we couldn’t sit and have a drink before going up to the room. Breakfast was good, but had to wait for more to be brought out and they ran out of stuff early in the breakfast hours.

The hotel is very modern and clean. Rooms were very quiet, and the beds comfortable. The breakfast was better than expected with scrambled eggs, sausage, french toast, biscuits and gravy, fresh fruit, toast, cereal, juice, coffee & tea. The eating area was large and kept clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful

The elevator area looked a little worse for wear, with a couple of the buttons missing. The parking location for the hotel wasn't the best, so we opted to park off-site.

although the breakfast was perfectly prepared, was not enough seating and we had to take back to room. parking was easy as located across the street with easy access. the temperature control in our suite worked well and was quiet. Bed was good and plenty of room in the suite. bathroom was exceptionally clean.

plasticware and good cardboard plates also disappointing for Hyatt restaurant. my wife tells me they do same at nursing home because not enough staff for cleaning the dishware. the whole country is understaffed so I take it in stride. But I don't have to like it. the chairs for the table were not proper height for dining table. I am 5'10" and when seated the table was at nipple line. throw pillows from couch corrected the problem, but seating for show not practical. table may have been slightly tall as was assessable room, however seating should accommodate all types. especially if you put non handicapper in the room. The other hiccup up is the restaurant was really not open. Other than breakfast. once again likely staffing problem.

Excellent location. Only 5.00 a day to park in the garage which was right across the street. We walked everywhere we wanted to go. Hotel staff was very pleasant and went above and beyond. Breakfast was good, they had the option for homemade omelets Saturday morning which was an additional charge, not included in the free breakfast. Pool was great and rooms were clean. The Canadian skyline view was amazing and each night you could go up to floor 6 to the roof top to watch and just hangout. I would definitely stay there again.

I can't really complain I thought for me everything was great.

Excellent breakfast

No complaints . This hotel could not be in a better location for visiting Niagara Falls. You literally walk across the street and you were at Niagara Falls. The room was beautiful, modern, clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, the shower was large and modern and there was a lot of space on the vanity area of the sink. The people at the reception desk were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious with good choices and you didn’t have to eat on paper plates. The room rate was great. My husband and I would highly recommend this hotel. I don’t think you could do any better anywhere in Niagara Falls.

The stay was pleasant. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to greet us whenever we entered the hotel. I did need to ask for bath towels because the room only had handtowels in it. The bath towels were delivered within 15 minutes of requesting them.

The breakfast definitely could have been better. We had the pancakes one day and french toast the next. Both times they were cold and hard to chew. On the first day the hard boiled eggs looked like they had just been tossed into the bowl as many were cracked...not a great presentation.

Perfect location, directly across from the entrance to Niagara Falls State Park. We were able to easily visit the Falls and all of the nearby tourist attractions and return to our room as needed. Great breakfast and lots of seating on the first floor for relaxing. Quite a few people brought pizzas and cards to hang out in the evening; there's a bar for drinks. Lots of nearby food options.

I was surprised at how small the room was. It had 2 queen beds and a pull-out couch and it was barely big enough to fit those, with a dresser/closet/desk on the opposite wall. Very little space to walk or for luggage. There were 5 of us and it was really cramped. I spent a lot of time in the seating area on the first floor, reading and relaxing, when not out at the Falls because the room was just too small. The bathroom was nice, great shower, but there was no fan. Nothing the hotel can do about the lack of space in the rooms (I'm sure it's because it's a very busy tourist area) so this is more of a "need to know" for visitors, so they don't expect a spacious room.

The location of this hotel was the best! Directly across from the Niagra National Park and the Falls. Once we parked (in the garage adjacent to the hotel), we didn't need it. Also, we were fortunate to have a room facing the falls. While you can't see the falls, you can see the mist arising and the Canadian side. Also, the variety at the breakfasts was good - not the same thing every day (we spent 2 nights).

I had verified in advance for a roll away bed and received a response that it could be provided and at no charge. Upon arrival, was told they don't have roll away beds. No accommodations were offered for the misinformation. Also, the indoor pool water wasn't very clean - lots of hair. I basically got in and then got out. Finally, while the variety of breakfast food changed, they quickly ran out of things and didn't replace them. The first morning, we arrived 30 minutes before the 9 am closure and felt we had to eat "scraps". Wised up for the next morning and made sure we got there much earlier.
