voco - The Cadence, an IHG Hotel

The hotel was great. It felt like it was built recently and everything looked new. It also had a very comfortable bed and a Fridge and microwave. We got the room with the balcony. It was a good addition as well. Another thing I liked was the breakfast served in first food. The food was delicious.

Even thought the hotel was great, the room wasn't cleaned / organized for the 3 nights we stayed there. We even had the sign outside. Right when we did the checkout, we told the reception lady, and she mentioned we had to ask the cleaning employee to clean our room. Normally we don't ask the employees, so maybe things are just a little different in this hotel. Overall, everything was great.

I had a fantastic experience at Voco Hotel in Niagara Falls. The service was exceptional, and the staff was incredibly friendly. They kindly stored my luggage and efficiently managed my early check-in. The room was spotlessly clean and equipped with all the necessities, including toiletries, towels, a remarkably comfortable bed, and ample space. The hotel's food was delicious, and the bar served delightful beers. Additionally, Voco Hotel is conveniently located just a 15-minute walk from the park. This proximity allows for easy access to the attractions and natural beauty of Niagara Falls. It's an ideal choice for those looking to explore the park and enjoy all it has to offer.

However, the only downside was the absence of a coffee maker or coffee in the room. Apart from that, everything about Voco Hotel exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it for a wonderful stay in Niagara Falls.

Very modern, well decorated,very tasteful. The room was well done, the bath room shower was excellent. The bed was average and could of been a little more comfortable, More pillows definitely needed. The bed was a little low for me but my wife liked it. The TV was great but remote was too complicated.

some of the people working there were nice, but one was rude and unapologetic.There are many times that no one is at the desk. They are either out side smoking or in the on premises restaurant.When she finally showed up She was a little rude .My wife asked her why there wasn’t anyone at the desk , she pointed to the phone and said that’s why we carry this ! My wife asked how were we supposed to call ,then we were shown the location of a house phone. We were there two days and no one pointed that out us. and the phone was out side in the vestibule kinda out of site,so how were we to know ?

It was good besides no ice buckets and the elevator was messed up. They are a very new hotel so I'm sure it will be great the next time

I liked that it is a small cozy location. Our room felt like a room at home. It was very clean and the staff was wonderful. We did have a microwave and fridge as well as a coffee maker.As a new hotel I hope they will be around for a long time. They are still building so I can't wait. This will be the place we return to. The hotel is also in a prime location to everything. Last of all and the best part is they are affordable. We stayed 3 nights.

I didnt like the coffee in the room. The coffee maker gave me a hard time to work.

The room has a very modern and very bright bathroom. The room itself is quite small, but enough for the two of us. However the space between bathroom and bed is very close, so it is inconvenient for people who sleep near the bathroom's door. The soap container was not refilled on second day, luckily we brought our own. They provided standard breakfast (bagels, muffins, coffee, tea, juice).

Parking is not wheelchair/luggage friendly. To get back into hotel from parking lot you would basically walk around the block if not dropped off at front door. There was a hair left from someone in the shower and something red like food on the wall next to toilet. It is super clean, More than likely due to being newly renovated or updated. I have a feeling the cleaning staff take that for granted and don't clean like they should. In time this will show. Yes, I used to clean a 5 star resort.

2 things, ramp from parking to sidewalk and cleaning staff improvement. Otherwise ++++++!

Loved the new, fresh decor. The room was very modern and pretty clean. Loved the fridge, coffee maker (perhaps need creamer). Loved the restaurant … food great, wine a little pricey… but very chic and very enjoyable. Patio was gorgeous too near the bar/restaurant. location perfect!

Loved the decor, the room was very nice— however there was no closet. The balcony was cute, however there were huge dime sized spiders… perhaps housekeeping can clean windows from spiders on the balcony as well. The light on balcony would not turn out… luckily there was a blind. Overall, I loved it—- but my husband thought it could have been a little cleaner on balcony.

Beautiful Property, Very Nice Room, Clean, Spacious, Large Bathroom & Big Screen TV

1st check isn't until after 4 PM that was very inconvenient. Parking is 3 streets over. Gott in late the 2nd night and the parking gate wouldn't open. Nobody knew who to call or what to do. Had to drive back to hotel and was told to park on Hotel apron but it said no parking & tow away zone. I was up for an additional 3 hours waiting for someone to fix the issue. Was remotely fixed but nobody knew & guests went informed. Room was never made up or cleaned.

Enjoyed the 2-night stay as a family of three. It is clean, comfortable and located in a quiet and safe area. The location is in a short walking distance from the Niagra Falls. The room is equipped with all required amenities like coffee maker, safety box, clean towels. Ther is adequate parking next to the hotel. The staff is friendly and cooperative.
