The breakfast was stellar and the staff was so friendly and attentive. I highly recommend Darlington House. My wife and I felt so comfortable and happy to have had the pleasure to spend two nights, we wish it could have been more. We definitely want to return in the near future.

I will never criticize hard working people. Darlington House is owned by beautiful people and staffed by friends and family that continue to maintain this establishment to the impeccable standards that now deceased mother, wife and friend would have expected.

The breakfast was delicious! Many courses and creatively plated. The Darlington is lovely! Run by father/daughter team - very friendly and helpful. Location is good - about a 15-20 minute walk to the main street with shops.

Everything was great! The spacious A warm room, the warm atmosphere of the home, nice owners, delicious breakfast and the extra amenities like the coffee room. We wouldn’t change a thing and would definitely go back!

This property exceeded our expectations. Perfect location, amazing breakfast, wonderful hosts and it’s absolutely immaculate. The back porch was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy some wine. I had dietary requests which were no problem for them. We’ve already booked our next stay.

Beautifully presented B&B! Wonderful host Anna was very welcoming. Exceptionally clean rooms, very elegant and relaxing. A home away from home. Breakfast was 3 courses with fresh fruit, cooked breakfast and home cooked banana loaf. Loved Niagara on the Lake! Easy walk to town. Highly recommend staying at Darlington House👍

Breakfast was more than expected, more food and delicious!

Request to remove shoes. I wear orthotics, so feet didn't have support needed. There were several signs, so I didn't feel comfortable asking for an exception!

The breakfast was exceptional and the host/ hostess were extremely convivial. The bed was perhaps the most comfortable we have ever encountered.

I would serve breakfast earlier than 0900. We were guests during a cold spell and it was hard to keep the room warm enough though an adequate electric heater was provided.

It was a little warm in the room at night, air conditioning could have been turned up more since it was extremely hot outside, we got in too late to disturb the family to ask for it.

The location, the decor/ambiance, breakfast & hosts were perfection.

literally the only thing I could even suggest is a couple more towels but I could have asked and I’m sure it wouldn’t have been a problem. I found it warm (my son did not) but the windows opened so not a problem.

We really enjoyed the breakfasts; we don't typically eat four course meals let alone for breakfast and everything was fresh and so good. The hosts explained everything in the meals and the entire experience with lovely place settings and nice china made us rather spoiled for the couple of days there. The room was very nice, bed extremely comfortable, location was perfect (nice and quiet and also a few minutes walk to the main part of town, and directly across from a park and biking trails). We also loved the coffee / tea room with bottled water too that we could enjoy at any time. The hosts were also very helpful as we prepared for a day of cycling and wineries. We like getting to experience those wineries that are less known with wine only sold at the winery. They even offered to store our bikes in their garage - but the weather was very nice and we just left them locked to our vehicle - the location also seems very safe.

We have nothing negative to say about our stay. This is a stretch but you could hear the plumbing the adjacent guests used their washroom. Again, that's if you're pulling teeth for something potentially negative that one would also experience in most accommodations.
