I had an excellent stay in a very clean and comfortable home. All my needs were met by a very warm and welcoming host. Thank you so much!

Set in a quiet, attractive, residential part of beautiful Niagara-on-the-Lake, this B&B provided everything we require for a very comfortable, quiet, relaxing stay. In addition to water, coffee and tea provided in the room, a very comfortable bed, a great and varied breakfast greeted us on each of the mornings. Outdoor and indoor areas to relax and enjoy a drink or read, while not used by us, were available. A small shared fridge was handy to store guests' own supplies which was a very nice extra. Netflix was provided and the wifi worked perfectly for us. Car parking on site in the driveway enabled easy and safe access. Hosts were very welcoming, helpful, prompt in replying to any requests and very genial. We had a lovely two-nights' stay and appreciated all aspects of Settler's Suites.

Our stay at Settlers Suites was perfect! The rooms were quiet and well appointed, the beds and pillows comfortable. The outside deck area with fire table provided a great spot for happy hour and after-dinner hanging out. The most impressive part though was the hospitality. Caitlyn thought of every detail, including pre-filling the coffee maker with water and placing fresh tulips in each room. She and Jimmy ended our stay on a high note, with a delicious breakfast to send us on our way. We definitely plan to return!

The owners were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. After I told Caitlin that we were celebrating my husband’s birthday, she went out and got a surprise birthday treat for him! The house and room were very clean and did not lack anything we needed. Caitlin exceeded our expectations by putting fresh flowers and wine glasses in the room! The mattress was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious! One of the best getaways we have ever had! We are definitely going back! Thank you, Caitlin and Jimmy for making it so special for us!

I loved everything!

We loved the lovely neighborhood setting of Settlers Suites. It was convenient to everywhere we went. Caitlin and Jimmy were wonderful hosts. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and answered all of our questions. The breakfasts were amazing. Fresh cooked frittatas, bacon, sausage, beautiful fresh fruit, and some of the most amazing potatoes:)

The breakfast was delicious every day . The presentation was inviting. The hosts Jimmy and Caitlan were very friendly and helpful. They made us feel like we were part of the family.

I wish the lodging was just a little closer to the town.

Great breakfast, a chance to meet the other guests, since all were served at the same time. Friendly, helpful hosts. Location is a bit far to walk from the theatre and main street, but it was an easy drive.

Location was great, Caitlin and Jimmy were very hospitable and added small touches to celebrate our anniversary. Breakfast each day was outstanding!
