The personal didn’t greet us when you where coming and going from the hotel. I would of like a good morning or good afternoon.

location…cleanliness…breakfast…gardens…parking

the bar tender and the shorter heavier set host that worked Sunday July 31 after 7pm…bartender was not friendly and appeared to be frustrated and showed his frustration by breaking cups…the host when we arrived we asked for a table for 4 …his response was…”do you have reservations?”…our response was “no” …his response was “we’re not taking walkins “…not a very welcoming response to guests of the hotel….no offer to sit in the bar area…we had to ask if we were allowed in the empty bar area….

Breakfast was fantastic. Location was so perfect. Staff was tremendously accommodating.

The ONLY thing I can think of is that sometimes the front desk was not well enough staffed to handle the line of check ins and questions. Though, the staff that was there was certainly very good. At times there were 8 people waiting for answers to questions or trying to check in or check out but yet there was only one staff member at the front desk. That resulted in a very slow turnover.

It’s a beautiful place with everything you need. The pool, hot tub and sauna is a great feature. The pool area opens at 7 am and they have fresh coffee /tea down there for you to enjoy. The staff will go above and beyond to help. I have some dietary issues and they were able to accommodate. They do have a beautiful lounge with a fire place. The menu is great with lots of gluten free options as well. Try the Orange/ vanilla creme brule. They also have a fine dining restaurant inside with a view of the river and sail boats. For those who still need an area for work while away an incredible study is on the property.

A few maintenance issues but they were rectified quickly

Room size, location.

Resort fee. Restaurant Bacchus was ridiculously slow on Taco Tuesday. It took 30 minutes to get a drink, and an additional 30 minutes to get a tiny order of 4 tacos. We were going to a play, and had allowed almost 2 hours for a casual dinner, but after eating 2 tacos each, we were still hungry however even our waiter confirmed there wasn’t enough time to place a second order because the kitchen was “really backed up”.

Was within walking distance to all the restaurants and shops. The room was wonderful....breakfast was very pricey so we ate in town (Sunset Grill) that was delicious...and dinner at Epicurian (also delicious). I loved that there was fresh coffee daily in the lower level. The people at the front desk were extremely helpful...the drivers of the shuttle cars were also very helpful. Loved that we could walk to Lake Ontario!

We liked everything.

The room was well equipped. I enjoyed the restaurant and the menu as well. The staff was extremely professional and helpful. I loved the huge parking right up front. Even the hairdryer was great! I enjoyed that good restaurants and stores were at walkable distance. Niagara Falls was approx. 20-25min drive which was perfect.

Maybe the room needed a little bit more power supplies (there was some...only on one side of the bed). But other than that I enjoyed everything.

The queens landing was beautiful inside and the front was stunning and how it looked over all. We liked someone opening the doors for us upon arrival.

The room was good but I think it could be decorated a little fancier, the view out of 185 wasn't the best maybe flowers added would really make it nice. The bathroom was nice but the fan didn't work well and the room had a moist feel to it because of that

The food was good. The drinks and the knowledge of the bartender were phenomenal. I truly enjoyed it. The room was comfortable and clean. The facilities were easily accessible and well-maintained.

The room was well put together, however, the fireplace was permanently on the whole time, and the weekend was hot. We were unable to turn it off. There weren't many options for carts to transport things to and from the car. We had a fair amount of bags to move.

Location and staff. Terrell the bartender was amazing as well a Gerard the waiter in the restaurant. They were exceptional and definitely paid attention to detail.

There were quite a few weddings during our stay. The room we had was in the front of the building and when the weddings ended the guests were very loud, to the point where they were able to wake us up from a sound sleep.
