Very easy access, lots of places to eat, close to the soo locks. The water was good and hot for showers or baths.

The side security doors would not close and they kept the front doors propped open. They don’t clean your room while there unless you have an extended stay( we were there for two nights). There were 4 people in our room so we went through the towels and soap quickly. The staff was however very accommodating when I asked for more towels but dirty ones remained on the floor. The bathroom is very small also. But the price was good so it made up for it.

The breakfast was really nice, great creamer selections for the coffee. Everything was very fresh and the whole motel was very clean. Seemed like maybe it been updated recently? The rooms were very clean, beds so comfortable, with huge pillows for a motel. The lady at the front desk during the day was extremely helpful and friendly, as was the maintenance man. We were given a later check out time to accommodate for a wedding we were in town for, we didn't have to ask. We felt very secure since it is located right next door to the State Police post! The room rate was great! I would be glad to stay there again and have already recommended to friends and family.

The room was very clean & the bed & pillows very comfortable. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Got this room at a great rate online last minute. Overall very satisfied. Would stay again.

The room had this huge armoire, which is a real nice piece of furniture, but it took up a LOT of the floor space in the main room so it was pretty cramped & there was no table to eat at or set things on besides the bedside night stands.

The staff was great. We witnessed them putting up with some pretty nasty people. They were nothing but polite and did their job to the best of their ability. Some people are just mean. They were also able to get us into our room extremely early.

There were a couple equipment malfunctions but everything was correctes quickly.

I left a nightgown there and would like to have it back. I tried for 2 days to reach the hotel, to no avail. When I phoned the guy at the 800 number he want to put me on hold and said it would take 10 minutes. I explained that it was long distance and it didn't get done. I'd love my nightie back!!!

There are two floors and I was on the lower floor. There was absolutely no soundproofing between the two floors. Every time somebody took a step in the room above me, I heard it very plainly, and was awakened several times. I will remember to ask for the second floor next time

Location was fantastic, the room was very clean with all the bathroom items available, with lots of fresh towels. The bed was very comfortable, which is extremely important to me as i have an issue with my back along with mobility issues. I was extremely comfortable. The staff were very professional & Thanks again for your hospitality.

Breakfast was good as they had hard boiled eggs, muffins and pastries as well as bananas,apples, oranges, a selection of yogurts. Different breads (banana, eye, English muffins, bagels) along with jams, Nutella, cream cheese. Also great coffee and apple/orange juice. Staff was exceptional!!

Location was central to where I needed to be. Food and other amenities were close by. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was good. Coffee was excellent. This was a great value for the money.

I didn't like that someone put on a fireworks show outside my room at 10pm.

the staff were extremely friendly, fun, and very patient and helpful! It was easy in and out for traveling through, breakfast and coffee were good for free continental breakfast.

It could have been a little cleaner. It wasn’t too bad except for a worn chair in the room that had lots of stains, and the floor was sticky but it was sticky from some type of cleaning agent.
