The room was clean and the bed and pillows comfortable. The shower was great and everything worked. Staff were friendly and helpful. I arrived in a deluge on my motorbike and was allowed to park it under the portico which I very much appreciated. This hotel is within walking distance of at least one decent restaurant.

Breakfast was very basic - just the essentials and nothing impressive. The coffee pods in the room were mild roast and very weak - not my preference. I thought this hotel was a little bit pricey for its overall experience.

we have returned to this hotel time and time again. We are always greeted by friendly staff, even when we arrive later than expected. The hotel is dog friendly, which is a must for us, and located next to the waterfront trail. It’s close to museums and a local brewery. The hotel is SPOTLESS and the rooms are comfortable. Breakfast is now being served again and it was a very standard continental breakfast. The breakfast staff was a delight. I will definitely be back!

The Sleep Inn was a beautiful property. The location is close to lots of shops and restaurants. The staff member who checked us in, I believe his name was Chris, he was so exceptionally great. excellent customer service. We loved that the property was also dog-friendly. Our fur-baby, Biscuit, had a good sleep. We were also given a bag of dog treats and man, Biscuit has no complaints. The room was very clean, the shower was also very nice.

I was under the impression we were getting two queen beds in our room, however, we ended up getting two double beds. Not a big deal, oh well. I also had a few issues with the room keys on the door. one of them didn’t work at all to unlock our hotel room. Other than that, I’d definitely recommend the Sleep Inn :)

Staff were wonderful. The location is also excellent.

The construction trucks parked along the sidewalk right outside the side exits. Workers stood right in the way. They were courteous but it was not necessary. I had my dog and had to pass through several times. I asked the desk to have someone address it. The workers are all fit. No reason to allow this.

The hotel was a short walk to the St. Marys River and there was a nice walkway along the river. The breakfast was very good with sausages, boiled eggs and waffles and lots of other good food. It was also close to the Bush Plane Heritage Centre.

There was no restaurant in the hotel, but there were a few nice ones within walking distance along the river pathways.

The staff, Ashley, is a wonderful helpful woman. Great ambassador to your Inn. Breakfast is excellent. Just what one needs to start a long day on the road. Perfect.

Having to go to ThunderBay and stay in some rat ass place for more money... boo hiss...

Rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. Excellent all day coffee and lots of choices for breakfast. Staff were very friendly.

The rooms needed a touchup here and there. Price could have been lower.

I'm going to say that I like everything about this place. This place is a real gem. The place is extremely inviting the staff is very helpful and the breakfast is great as well.

I couldn't find anything that I disliked about this place.

the desk chair back would not stay in place. I did report to front desk upon leaving. front step could be more accessible for wheelchairs etc.
