Close to at Jacob’s market. Amazing pool & splash pad inside!

Our fridge didn’t work and we lost about 100$ worth of food & had to spend more $ going out to dinner at the last minute- so our kids got to bed late. We’d planned on microwaving a meal I spent an hour making at home prior, but went to take it out and found it warm and unsafe to consume. The hotel gave us a voucher for a % off of our next stay, but this means spending even more $, to get back the $ we lost. We would have preferred a credit off of the dysfunctional stay we originally had & already paid for- as we are out that $ from our budget now, not in a year on our ‘next stay’ and why would we pay again more money, to get food poisoning a second time?

Great basic hot breakfast, especially for a family. Good size rooms and fantastic pool experience (again for a family!). Staff were all so wonderful. Overall, a no-drama, comfortable, and convenient place to stay!

We like an extremely cold room and the AC had a limit that you could turn it down to. Probably very reasonable and it did get very cool and comfortable but it would have been nice to get it even colder. Though, again, that might not be a reasonable expectation or request. The temperature limit did not affect our enjoyment of our stay or the quality of our sleep. Pillows were also very squishy. If you like a harder, more formed pillow, bring your own.

I loved that they all treated us like we were special! Riya was at the desk when we got there... she explained everything about the facilities to us, and answered our questions about how the billing works.. She was so pleasant! Later we took our room, but we went to ask if we could get a larger room and (I think it was her boss) came and talked to us.. And he was so great! No problem.. up graded us.. and we had a blast.... Everyone we met, was so pleasant! Great staff, right from entering the building to the room cleaning, to the breakfast, to our exit.. We thank them all for a great time.

Room was very clean and comfortable, breakfast was well prepared and had a lot of choice, staff were friendly and obviously well trained and competent.

If you look carefully it becomes apparent that the rooms are showing their age but, as they are very clean and comfortable, this is not really a big issue. Some furniture items show signs of wear and damage and wallpaper in the bathroom was coming off at the seams in places but overall good value and a pleasant stay.

Breakfast was good and staff were on top of refilling everything the room was clean and nicely set up. All the employees were nice and helpful.

The pool was so busy it would be nice if there was a hot tub or something to separate adults from the kids I like kids but I just wanted to sit in the pool with my boyfriend with out getting splashed (soaked) and bombarded with kids. Obviously this isnt something you can easily change just a recommendation

The location was perfect. Staff were very helpful. The room was very comfortable. Bathroom was lovely.

There was a shortage of parking because the hotel was full, so that was good for the hotel, not so good for someone looking to find parking. Cars were parked in the emergency lanes so if there had been a need, it would have been difficult to emergency vehicles. Fortunately emergency vehicles were not required. Breakfast was typical "hotel" breakfast. So so. There could have been fresh fruit, bacon...... Other than that, it was a very comfortable and convenient stay. Thanks.

I stayed here while I was in the area for work, and my only regret was that I wasn’t free on one of the mornings when the Farmer’s Market was on. Jack’s restaurant next door was also a bonus! The hotel was comfortable, quite and clean. The staff were helpful, and there was a good selection of food at breakfast. I will definitely be back.

The breakfast was great. Eggs weren't that great. Pancakes were made fresh and awesome. Would like to see more fresh fruit options. Staff constantly refilling stations and making sure everything was fresh, which was great. Lots of time available to eat and plenty of seating. The pool was so much fun, water was perfect temp for swimming. Property is surrounded by fields and beautiful scenery. The St Jacobs Farmers market is on weekends and full of so many wonderful vendors, everyone can find something of interest. Fun activities for kids and farm animals to feed and say hi to. Close to shopping areas, just a short car ride away.

Great location, right across from the Outlet Mall and Market. Beautiful room, very comfortable beds, many pillows. Would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Only 1 elevator was working for the first day and at check out neither elevator work, so we had to carry everything down 5 flights of stairs. When we got to the room initially there no towels, so we called down for them, and even went down to tell them , but never received them until my husband actually had to go down to get them the next morning.

Friendly staffs; clean common areas and guest room; hot breakfast with sausage, bacon (too dry), scrambled eggs, fresh cinnamon buns, toasts, oatmeal and cereals as well as fruits… The bed was super comfortable!

The water pressure of shower head was moderate weakness. The toilet seat was sliding (not firmly stabilized at the toilet bowl). A bathroom floor title was wiggled.
