Front desk staff are very nice. The room and the bed was very comfortable. The room had a very large TV.

I am not sure if it was because of the snow storm but the only reason to stay at this hotel is because it is close to Pearson Airport. The free shuttle was very disappointing. It came but was full with people from the Sheraton so out of the 15 people waiting only 3 people got on. I waited another 30 minutes only to have it come and drop off some crew then leave without picking anyone up because it had to pick up the people from the Sheraton first then come back. After waiting another 15 minutes, I got fed up and called an Uber, like many of the other people waiting. Very annoying when you need to get to a flight and the hotel says that the shuttle comes every 30 minutes on the hour and on the half hour. That was not my experience.

Very nice hotel with very friendly staff! My room was very comfortable and I had no issues during my stay. Location is close to the airport and there is a decent amount of variety for businesses in the area if you are looking for something to eat.

If you are staying here while spending time in Toronto, especially downtown, but don't have a car -- location is not great as it is quite distant. The cheapest option is taking the TTC, but if you're looking to get to Union it's over an hour (40~ mins on the 52 bus to Lawrence West, then taking Line 1 down) -- this time can be greatly reduced by taking the UP for part of your trip (either from the airport, to which the hotel offers a free shuttle, or transferring at Weston via the 52 bus), however keep in mind the UP fare is much higher than the TTC one. Otherwise I had no issues during my stay :)

The breakfast was quite good with many options to choose from. The gym is nice, you can easily do your workout there and it looks like it was renovated recently. I like that the hotel has a mini shop inside with all the essentials, including sandwiches and salads so if you arrive late you won't die from hunger. There is also a frequent shuttle to the airport.

There are not too many restaurants/ shops around with walking distance. Access to central Toronto is quite poor. It would have taken an hour to get there with buses and metro. My room was okay except for a couple of dirty towels.

The room was clean and comfortable , front desk staff were welcoming. Shuttle to and from airport is complimentary and convenient. Unfortunately people are too lazy to dispose of their garbage on the shuttle and leave it for others .

Hallway carpet needed vacuuming. . Restaurant service felt cold . Some idiot had a high end sports car with a loud muffler parked right in front not within hotel control - crazy loud could hear it in the room and he appeared to like to be noticed.

The staff are so kind, front desk and housekeeping both. Comfy beds. The first night we came off an international flight and my four year old son wanted milk before bed but it was 1 am, they didn’t have it in the shop but the front desk staff went and got it from the restaurant or somewhere and brought milk for my son in a plastic covered coffee cup, it was so sweet! Maybe the best staff overall I’ve encountered everywhere.

Housekeepers were very good. The hotel is clean.

The manager on duty when we arrived was very rude. He was so inhuman. I intend to write personally to the Management of that hotel to send him for customer care training. He was very unprofessional. As you can imagine, people travel from far and wide, and the last thing you should encounter when you arrive after a long flight is a rude Manager. The Hotel just have to have a word with that Manager.

The hotel is close to the airport The beds are comfortable, and everything is clean. We stayed only one night so I can't talk about the facilities we came late at night and left early in the morning. But in general, we were able to rest to continue our trip to quebec.

There is construction around the hotel and too much noise. We came late at night We had to wait more than an hour for the shuttle to take us to the hotel. In the papers it says that it passes every 30 min.I called several times, and nobody answered the phone.

The staff were incredibly supportive, helpful and friendly at every interaction. The renovations to the property were apparent and very well done. Food at the onsite restaurant was excellent. The gym was great. Clean, bright, well planned, and offered plenty of options for both cardio and strength training options. Having used hotel gyms all over, this was one of the better facilities.

Cleanliness of the room, specifically the floors, were not as we would have expected. Very dusty and needed to be vacuumed more thoroughly before our check-in. Our exterior window rattled incessantly with the wind. We stuck a hand towel between the panes to fix the problem during our stay.

The staff was amazing. Our room was available at 1:30pm. The hotel called us when we were downtown to let us know. This was perfect. The beds were so comfortable. The front desk gave us snacks for the evening. We caught happy hour at the restaurant. The food was good and the server was wonderful. Thank you Lori and Daniel from Nova scotia.

We choose the hotel because of the pool. The pool was closed. If we had of known the pool was closed we would have chosen another hotel. The guests should be notified upon booking that the pool is closed.
