The hotel is good, everyone was nice with us but I need to recognize Vita the housekeeper she is nice and her attitude with all the people was awesome. Breakfast was good , and the room had everything as shown in the pictures.

Please note that the hotel is 30 min away from downtown Toronto without traffic, on a few occasions took us 1 hour to get back to the hotel, so your ride will cost around $40 cad each way if you didn't rent a car. I thought it was closer but not too close.

Only complaint would be the shuttle driver in the morning to the airport. When we got to the van he was on FaceTime with friends/family. We loaded up our luggage and got in and were waiting. We asked if there was anyone else we were waiting for and he seemed put out that he had to get off of his call. When we got the airport he pulled over and we got everything out and left. The driver the evening before was excellent! Not that we aren’t capable of loading and unloading our luggage just a little help would’ve been appreciated. We tipped the driver the evening before as he was very helpful.

Support from front desk, breakfast and shuttle to and from the airport. Coffee is great!

Very very cold in the lobby!! I would like to see sliding glass doors and or French doors to close off the entrance lobby where you sit in the lounge or dining area room at the entrance. I would like to see some food served when you come in after 6PM or after 11:00PM as there is no restaurants after 11 pm near by Maybe snack packs with crackers, cheese, fruit

the bathroom was super clean AND JUST A SHOWER - thank you thank you thank you - I am afraid of falling in a bath/shower. And lots of nice towels but not excessive

NO lights for the table and all of the 2nd part of the room. This was awful - couldn't see my food, couldnt read anything not on my computer, tripped over things because they were lost in the dark, couldn't read a book in bed. The beds are really complicated to get in to, particularly if you want to read in bed.

The gentleman who checked us in quite late at night/early in the morning was not in a good mood. He never smiled once. We had an overly pushy cab driver who took us to the airport (as we arrived after the last shuttle) and there was a little bit of mis-0communication with the cab driver and that spilled over in to us checking in. The check in man was not happy at all.

The room was very clean and comfortable and felt good to be in. And the staff were very helpful and friendly.

The internet went out the next morning and it was going to take hours for the fix. This was due to the weather, however, I need reliable internet for work so I had to leave earlier than planned, which was a bit inconvenient.

Nothing to like or dislike it was comfortable it is ok for one night the property it looking tired and requires a refit but adequate. The shuttle service was good the driver very helpful and deserved his tip.

The breakfast room isn’t large enough for the amount of people staying there and the breakfast is very limited on choice but it states it free so you can’t complain.

It was a very convenient place for us to meet for my friends brief visit to Toronto. She arrived by via rail (for less than a 12 hr overlay) and she took the up train to Pearson and the airport shuttle to the hotel. I drove from out of town to meet her at the hotel.. The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was great. At first the overhead planes were distracting but soon they became white noise.

The staff were friendly, and breakfast was awesome with a lot of options The room is spacious and very clean, and the bed is comfy

Not alot of restaurants nearby and the bus station is more than 10 mins walk Also the shuttle bus took alot of time to bring me from the airport and I had to call twice but he was very friendly and punctual on the way back

Great value for money! The rooms are clean and comfortable. It takes about 15 minutes to get there from the airport.

The hotel is quite noisy, unfortunately. You can hear planes passing overhead from early morning onwards and every word that is spoken in the hallway.
