The SoHo Hotel

I loved my room, very large, very pleasant and stylish, large bathroom (with tub and heated floors, nice!), nice selection of toiletries, large walking closet. The staff at the front desk, concierge, and room service/cleaning was very friendly, professional, and helpful! I also loved Morreti restaurant and caffe, great food and great atmosphere! Location also very convenient both for work (close to convention center where I needed to be), restaurants/entertainment, harbor front... I'll definitely try to stay at the SoHo next time I'm in Toronto.

one thing: mini bar items were very overpriced.

This hotel is truly out of this world, the staff make you feel welcomed from the moment you check in, . To start off the suite was really beautiful with stunning views of the CN tower, the room was incredibly clean and comfy with a bathroom fit for royalty. The rooms are extremely soundproof with a great selection in the mini bar. Perfect for a couples weekend getaway with a splash of luxury and classiness. The location of the hotel is also perfect, you are walking distance from everywhere your heart desires to go and if you don't feel like walking you can take the tram to visit the city. My wife and I honestly can not wait to come back to Toronto so we can come back to the SoHo Hotel.

Honestly the hotel is pretty much perfect in my eyes, I wish maybe that the pillows were a little more firm but that is just my personal preference.

the location of the hotel was perfect, we were going to a concert at the rogers centre and it was only a short walk away! the parking garage parking was very convenient as we got a spot right next to the elevator into the hotel. the heated floors in the bathroom were amazing, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, nice view, beautiful bathroom, good smelling soaps, room service.

the shower head in our shower was broken and only the hand held shower head worked .. the tv remote was broken so we couldn’t watch tv, room service is insanely overpriced for what you get so I would not order room service from here again. the parking garage to get out was a nightmare in a manual car on a steep hill with cars closely behind us and the garage door closed the sensor wasn’t catching our car so the arm wasn’t raising to let us out and we were stuck on the hill in a manual car.. just a nightmare.

The bed was too soft. The extra facility fee of CAD 9.90 plus tax per Night. It cannot be avoided so it should be just part of the room Price. Booking com did not inform Transparently that there is this fee BEFORE making the booking and is therefore misleading customers. This is not the first time www.booking.com !!!!

The customer service and management understood the sadness my ex fiancee was too sick to travel so they extended my reservation into the fall . Hopefully my ex can live long enough to make her dream trip . Thank-you for the compassion in allowing a change . The Soho used to be when I worked down the NBA raptors the residence hotel for Toronto Raptors players .

The area is over crowded with Bisha hotel guest ....and the construction ..but all sports venues and entertainment are just around the corner ..as is Mark Wahlberg burgers .

Location was good, big room and bed which was comfy with a good size bathroom for a couple getting ready each day. Majority of the staff were superb and friendly.

Tried to check-in but room wasn't ready lady wasn't helpful when discussing leaving bags etc and had quite the attitude. Entire street was dug up outside with roadworks taking place all evening. I told the lady I don't understand why we weren't informed prior to arrival..couldn't careless. Other than this the stay was good just a very poor first impression.

beautiful modern and trendy building with exceptional quality finishings and Ignacious at the check-in desk was exceptionally friendly and accommodating! we were sad that we only had one night and had to head to our next destination.

I believe the lady at the desk was named Kimberly, but anyway, she could work on her people skills. even though we’d finished check-in and showed our id at check-in, and she was aware, she insisted that we show her our ID again even though Ignacious verified our identity before having her provide us w the key cards. very unnecessary and quite annoying.

Property is awesome- one of the most comfortable beds with the nicest linens I’ve ever experienced! these guys have all the extra touches- amazing bathroom with heated floors plenty of light soaking tub in addition to a giant walk in closet/getting ready area. Room itself great size and super easy to get work done! Loved the modern decor and staff is top notch, really friendly and accommodating. Awesome restraunt plus a separate cafe on site. I’ll stay here again FOR SURE every time we come in for work. 5 Stars!

We went for my partner's 40th birthday and they had "4" and "0" balloons with cupcakes and personalized cards in the room. We LOVED the location for the ballpark and just meandering. Parking is directly under the hotel and they were get about extending us an hour when we decided to shop a bit longer after check-out. We will absolutely stay here again.

Tinge expensive, but truthfully for the location and the room amenities it was worth it for a special occasion for us!

breakfast was poor and service not good at Morrettis restaurant. eggs Benedict were cold with sauce as if right from fridge. when we complained it came back only slightly warm. Coffee lukewarm. The next day also poor service. One waiter who didn’t seem to know the menu. No toast although part of menu selection. Finally came after requesting it but arrived cold and after eggs and bacon finished and plate removed,
