I like the view (CN TOWER). The hotel is close to the DT. The outside area is awesome and contains waterfalls. the pool and gym were great. the lobby and entrance were too nice and neat. the room was comfortable and clean. the staff were very supportive. the security system in the elevator is great.

I did not like the Dual Citizen Restaurant at all with their menu. The breakfast was not great and not tasty. the service is too slow. The bathtub is a little bit small. there was no bathrobe. They did not answer my calls and messages to ask for a honeymoon preparation package.

The entire stay went very well. The front desk was very welcoming and efficient. Dante, (hopefully I spelt his name correctly) who was present in the lobby to welcome guests to the hotel, went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Rooms are very clean. What captured my attention is the hotel lobby, which is so well designed, and is reminiscent of a cruise ship lobby. It presents an excellent ambience for just enjoying having a few hours socializing with family or friends. Even my grand daughters commented how much they enjoyed the stay. Well done!

A breakfast buffet might serve guests in the morning better, than to wait on servers for breakfast. Seating seemed too limited as well. We were in a hurry to depart the next morning, so that made our situation a bit more urgent. The food was good once served.

Friendly staff and the pool was really great, kids enjoyed it. Room was clean, comfortable bed for me (hubby prefers a firmer bed).

I have a hard time paying C$584 plus taxes for a night at a hotel. I paid 5 different rates for the 5 nights I stayed, and this was the highest one, but I feel it's exorbitant. It's Toronto in April - I mean, come on. It's not high tourist season. It could have snowed while we were here (it didn't, but the weather is so hit or miss in April). One other thing is that the housekeeper must have mistakenly grabbed my daughter's new jogging pants that were hanging under a towel on the back of the bathroom door. I checked with the desk a couple days later when we were packing to leave and noticed them missing, and sadly they weren't turned in. :(

I think the hotel bedding is very comfortable. And the bathroom products (soap body wash etc) is very nice. Staff was friendly.

I think the hotel decor in the rooms is a little tired and dated. For the price paid I would expect rooms equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine and herbal tea selections for evenings etc. Also the cafe should have remained open until midnight as posted on the website. I tried to get an herbal tea to go at 11:15 pm and they said the cafe part had closed. Then the room only had caffeinated teas. Also think maybe the room could have a diffuser or humidifier as it was very dry overnight.

Great location friendly and helpful staff a coffee machine the guys on the doors were extremely helpful with directions arranging transport. I think they should be applauded they keep the wheels turning in big hotels with constant arrivals and departures.

I liked the food but wished there were more smaller options available for solo travellers. Canadians have huge serves that could really be shared. I realise you offer boxes to take leftovers but that isn’t always practical.

Love the location of the hotel! Loved the view from our hotel room! And the services and costumer services was amazing! Me and my friend had such an amazing time at the Sheraton! We would totally recommend this hotel to anyone that is thinking of staying here! We had a view on the Toronto sign from our room. We were able to see the CN tower! Before our stay at the Sheraton, I called to ask a few questions. They had excellent costumer services! I can't wait unit me and my friend stay here again! The room was great and comfortable. All of the staff were very friendly!

3224 was close to elevator and nice view pretty high up. we went to the hockey game and it was close enough. arrival was extremely busy and the valet was overwhelmed by group checking in. it was extremely busy at check-in but it was understandable as you had an aa conference

guest services said our room was ready and offered a 75$ discount or expense in the lobby unfortunately it was. not discount from my stay die to booking through a third party i wish i would have known and when we got back to the hotel room service was closed.

The lobby and lobby vibe- amazing. The bed- super comfy. The check in staff- amazing. The location of course is excellent. The indoor/ outdoor pool was such a treat- especially because it was winter.

My package included breakfast. I ordered on my phone- it was Dual Citizen. The food was not great. There was no salt and pepper....I called down to reception...they weren't sure when they could bring some. I went down to the Dual Citizen location to get it....that took a while as well. Basically a boxed breakfast in a bag was not what I expected for the money.

Well appointed room with excellent views (38th floor). Good room service. Bed, chairs, safe, ensuite etc all as expected. Friendly, helpful staff. The central location means that much of downtown Toronto is within easy walking helped by the hotel having a direct link to the city's underground walking network.

Room lit by table and standard floor lights only. Lighting quite subtle with only option to switch off all lights individually.

Tasty, but disappointed with the room service. Food used to come to the rooms on trolleys, real China and silver wear and there was a table to eat at. Now, the food is in paper bags, paper cups, plastic cutlery and there is no comfortable place to eat the meals.

The hotel staff were all excellent and attentive. The cheapness of the paper cups, paper boxes of food delivered in bags etc., make me think of fast food drive throughs, not hotels. It seems the industry is cutting every corner possible.
