I had a fantastic 10-day stay at the Hilton Toronto with my 5 years old son. Here's a brief overview of my positive experience: - Excellent location with easy access to the subway, streetcar, and buses. - The room was incredibly quiet and dark at night, and the king-sized bed was extremely comfortable. - The cleanliness was exceptional, and the bathroom provided ample shampoo and liquid soap. - The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the pricing was reasonable compared to nearby establishments. - The pool had warm water, and there were shallow areas perfect for children (80-90cm depth). Overall, the Hilton Toronto provided an outstanding experience during our stay.

Nothing bad

Location was great, easy access to local attractions. Front desk was great, they handled a couple of our extra requests easily. They had great local knowledge when providing directions to a convenience store around the corner. The pool was great. We were out at sunset and were there after dark. It was pretty cool to be swimming at night with all the buildings around us.

Construction was a little clunky to deal with when parking, there were five of us in our party, 3 kids. Walking outside with luggage was a little inconvenient. We did have a heads up from the property prior to showing up and understood what we needed to do upon arrival.

the location is awesome. the hotel is quiet. I loved the executive perks such as the lounge where people was exceptionally friendly.

food choices at the executive lounge was very limited and this does not much the $800-1000 night. lots of processed food , limited real food . stayed for 11 days and saw real chicken only once. Even at the breakfast buffet at the Tundra restaurant , food choices were some how limited. lack of Mediterranean breakfast that is now like a standard. to make it clear veggies were very limited . I could not spot my loved salmon at breakfast.

Overall it was a great experience from both the staff and the room. I have no complaints after all because the staff was very accommodating and kind.

I didn't enjoy that the floor I was on had construction noises during business hours, which is understandable. However the staff was kind enough to upgrade me to another floor with a better room to accommodate my midterm stay of 8 nights. My first room never had any water for me to purchase so I had to go down every time. Despite those minor things, I enjoyed my stay.

Booked a staycation with a couple of girlfriends and it was a lovely. Room was actually spacious for four people, beds were super comfortable and the pool was fun. Overall it was a great experience and a really good price for downtown toronto , would recommend!

My only note was that you had to book a time slot at the pool in advance (which totally makes sense because of covid), my only feedback was that no one mentioned this to us. I even called to confirm the reservation and then asked if we would have access to the pool and the guy was super friendly and said "absolutely' but didn't mention we had to book or say like would you like to make a reso now? The only reason we knew is because we called to confirm parking the day before and happened to ask. Again makes complete sense to limit the number of people out there just would have been nice to know in advance as that was kind of the whole reason we booked it.

Hilton is true to its name, it was luxorious polite and very kind. We stayed one night, but as we had earier plans to travel to the countryside they kept our luggages for a week. Check in was smooth and they gace us a complimentary water. Out room was at the 17th floor which had a great overview on the city. The pool is nice, there was a small bar with some cocktails. Check out was smooth as well.

Hotel was pretty busy at this time, but we understand that is summer and toronto is a popular destination. We have been waiting for the elevator for long time sometimes. but it was not an issue, because we got to know there is a panorama elevator on the left side.

The staff were amazing and so kind. The beds were very comfortable.

The doors to the rooms slam so all you hear all morning is slamming doors. There is no way possible to shut the doors quietly to respect those who are sleeping. I felt bad leaving my room at night because the doors close so loudly. I also could not sleep past 7am becaise that's when people are in and out of their rooms and it was so awful. Ive stayed at many hotels and this was the worst for that. The facilities are in disrepair. The small mirrors in the bathrooms are hanging off the walls barely held by their screw. The tub drain in the one room was broken and just sitting in the tub crooked. Doesn't stop the water from leaving the tub so I was unable to have a bath. Things just appear to be very run down for a hotel that I paid over 600.00 a night to stay in.

Everything went well. Everything was explained well and easy to acces. All except the spa that wasn't clear if it was open but aside from that, the food was worth the cost and the room was perfect. Great experience.

We didn't like the fact that the changing rooms in the pool area were closed. Made planning the pool activity a bit more complicated. There was also an incident with the fire alarm at 3 am. Wasn't ideal but aside from those instances, everything was nice.
