The location was good for our trip close to a waterpark and close to shopping. Easy access on and off the 400. Nice quiet low paced street that it's located on. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The pool was clean and hot tub was open very family friendly. The attached restaurant was clean and served beautiful breakfast. Will stay again

Technically the only thing was that the breakfast wasn't included but at least available at the property.

My stay was great ,also a few of the staff were wonderful, it's a quiet location as well,,breakfast was good but need to add move stuff to menu,but I would stay again,I think the lady at the front, her name is Raman she handles ,things very well also

We had an a,c that was noisy all night, bed bugs bit my wife a few times,

Place is clean, staff are very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. it is in a safe location. lots of parking. Rooms are clean, nice and warm. Beds were very cozy. We enjoyed our mini vacation. We would stay here again.

We would have preferred a non citrus soap, conditioner and shampoo selection. There wasn’t a choice and our skin didn’t agree with the citrus. We had to get our own for a one night stay.

I like everything including the breakfast. Although it was not complimentary, there was a % taken off and the food was delicious.

The location, and the traffic in the area. The tv also didn't work properly. Most channels were not coming through.

The room was spacious and breakfast was nice to have as a choice. They allowed food in the room which was great because I prefer the quiet and privacy my room offers me.

Pool was closed for repairs. The front desk did not inform me of this so I had a very disappointed granddaughter who decided not to spend the night as a result.

The staff were very kind compared to the other hotels I stayed at, wifi was very good, and enjoyed the pool and hot tub

The construction at the nearest intersection makes getting around longer

Room was clean and well appointed. Staff helpful. Breakfast restaurant very good.

Could not adequately control the A/C. Room was stuffy so had to have A./C on. Not all of the equipment in the exercise room worked properly. Some needed servicing. Weight machine offered only a limited range of exercises.

It was quite and clean friendly staff

I wish we would of been able to enjoy the hot tub but unfortunately it was not working. The other unfortunate thing is the restaurant attached to the hotel is only Open for breakfast from 7am to 1 pm

They had available rooms at the very last minute after we had to cancel our original booking with a different hotel. friendly staff.

older and rooms were not very clean. found garbage and personal belongings in our room from previous guests.

I liked the coziness of the room. Check in was seamless and Al front desk attendant was very warm and friendly.

I didnt like that in the room the toilet was initially locked. My husband had to get a screw driver to release the lock as night staff wasn't able to assist. I would have prefer complementary breakfast with the stay. 😃 Otherwise, it was quite a good stay.
