Restaurant was fantastic, the food choices were great. I had two meals at the restaurant during my stay there, both meals were with chicken. I also had the French onion soup which was also very good.

There was a little issue with the billing. When I spoke to the first attendant, she told me that the hotel did not charge a deposit and to call the booking company. I called the booking company and they said it was in fact the hotel. When I called back, I spoke with Daniel. He said he would call the booking company to find out what was going on and would call me back as I had to submit my expense report. He didn't return my call but the charge was noted on the bill.

The painting in the room was fantastic! If it's at all possible to purchase it I'd love that information, otherwise if I could get the name of the piece in room 607? I should've taken a photograph! The concierge that assisted me both on the phone and at checkout was so kind too, very patient. The lamps made the atmosphere very intimate and cosy.

The room echoed A Lot, too much even! Carpet would've muffled that a lot, maybe even just some rugs? Also our TV wasn't centred to the couch or the bed which made it very difficult to actually use. Everything else was so great!

Breakfast was excellent. It was included in the booking. I was surprised that it included buffet and regular menu. Service was very quick and friendly. The subway was a very quick walk. Almost an hour to get to union station but much better than spending the same amount of time fighting city traffic. I love that there was no carpet in the room. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone.

the location was close to Canada’s Wonderland. The pool was enjoyable with the slide.

We stayed 2 nights and there was no house keeping service unless you specifically asked for it. They didn’t inform us on check in. Also they had to charge additional money on check out because systems were down and they said they didn’t know booking.com’s rate was higher for the second night.

the rooms were very clean, fridge microwave and coffee maker! worked out great for our family

air conditioner was noisy and woke us up every time it went on and the breakfast was a was very good but not worth the $19.95

The lifeguard on duty was good with the kids but ensured they followed the rules.

Saturday night, we went to the pool area around 8:00 pm, and there was no lifeguard on duty. During this time, a handful of guests were drinking by the pool. Shortly after we arrived, they left and picked up what looked like a 24 pack. The lifeguard arrived shortly after.

We had the pleasure of a two-day (Aug 2-4) stay at this property; and although we have stayed at Hilton owned properties in the past exclusively, this was a first time at this location. John was the most professional & dedicated server at the in-house restaurant; his personality shines; that man loves what he does and it shows...he is a gem of a team member and I sincerely hope he is recognized for his contribution to that propertie's success. Selena at the front desk was absolutely wonderful, knowledgeable, sweet, kind, and genuine. All around top notch experience, will most definitely be returning. My only suggestion would be to include a softer pillow type...I found the ones provided way too high and hard, made my neck uncomfortable enough to have slept without a pillow both nights. Overall they get a raving 10/10 from me!

The woman at the desk were amazing! Soo kind and welcoming! The night staff; not soo much! I stayed here as I had a medical appointment; my rate was comparable! I’d stay again! Room was clean and quiet; housekeeping staff were kind as well.

The dining area/restaurant was not worth the money! Approximately $50 for breakfast; the food was cold and over done; honestly appeared to come from a package. Not to mention there was lipstick prints on my coffee cup :/.

One of the nicest staffs we’ve ever encountered at hotels, PERIOD!!! Super friendly, super helpful front desk and the main waitress at the restaurant was exceptional. Very friendly, very professional. Who ever is the manager knows how to hire. Oh, and the hotel dinner menu. Okay, hotel food. Often nothing to get excited about, holy cow, was the food here ever good!!! Location, fabulous, 5 minute walk to the TTC subway system. Perfect.
