Staff really make this place, everyone was amazing, helpful and some even went an extra mile to make us feel comfortable, especially Dana. On another note, the fridge comes with a freezer and was actually cold, so many a hotel I've gone to it wasn't even cool. This came in handy so I didn't need to spend money on ice. BBQ was clean and cooking utensils supplied, staff kept clean, only time was dirty was if a guest used and didn't clean up after themselves.

Stains on chairs, only 1 bedside table. I did find a hair on the inside of sheets, which i was surprised, as I saw the staff cleaning rooms very well and stripping beds fully.

I highly recommend this hotel. My daughter and stayed for 3 nights. Check-in and check-out was fast and simple. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, towels provided along with toiletries. The room also had a Keurig coffee machine and coffee pods, sugar and cream were provided. The hotel has a saltwater pool, propane BBQ, picnic tables, a firepit.The location was great. No need to drive anywhere as it is in walking distance to the beach, restaurants, ice cream shops, Walmart, and mini golf. Its also pet friendly. I will definitely go back. Give this place a try and you will not be disappointed.

Staff were friendly, helpful, open. Let us check in 1½ hours early. Property much nicer than I thought when I thought “Wasaga Beach motel”. Pool looked very nice, crystal clear but we didn't have a chance to try it. Everything was very clean. Easy to get in and out of, easy to walk to the beach

I have to stretch for things I didn’t like: - It is a motel, so it’s laid out and amenitied like any motel - Parking lot was a bit on the tight side; when we went out for supper we lost our parking space and had to park “far” (not at all far) from our room - Not a lot of electric light in the room - The screen on the bathroom window was torn, but the window was closed so we didn’t care

I loved the staff here I thought 700 for 2 nights for a motel was pretty expensive . You can stay at a nice hotel not a motel for that but for a motel it was clean and the staff were fabulous

I was told if I paid at the time of booking I would save 50$ and if I paid at the property I would not but I picked pay at the property because I like doing it in person however they charged my card when I booked and didnt wait until I got there and yet I didn't save the 50 dollars which didn't seem right

The rooms were clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming of a bike packer who was stranded overnight in Wasaga Beach. The pool was a perfect end to a weekend of cycling, and they let me store my bike in my room for safety. Water pressure and temp in the shower was spot on and just what I needed. This is a hidden gem in Wasaga! Even though they just bought the place, you can tell they are putting all their love into it.

The only thing that needs to be fixed is perhaps adding a security chain or better lock to the door. But since Wasaga is such a safe place, it is not a big deal!

Location is perfect. Walking distance to the beach, Skull Island, just down the road from shopping area. Beds were comfortable and room was very clean. Ladies at front desk were wonderful and accommodating.

Only downside was the small bar beside the property, which was quiet until closing time when the patrons were leaving.

II always stay here. This was my third visit this summer. It’s very clean and staff are very welcoming. Location is perfect.

The only thing missing this time around were the small wash cloths. I had to use the larger hand towels to shower with. Also the shower curtain needs to be replaced as it smelled. I don’t ever complain but this time around this is what happened. All the other stays were perfect.

It was a few blocks from beach. Restaurants were close as well as shopping. Love it was only shower no tub easy for my elderly mother to use The staff were very friendly and nice. I would definitely go back.

Rooms need some towel bars in bathroom also the toilet was very low my 83 yr old mother had issues with that. They need to have someone there at night to watch out for some unruly guests and if you have a problem someone is there.

The staff are incredible - kind, engaging, hard working. I really cannot speak highly enough about each person I engaged with. Above and beyond is a phrase often used indiscriminately but in this case, the staff truly did go above and beyond, and had no obligation to do so.

From the perspective of the “bricks and mortar” the place is a bit dated.

I love the location and the room. The room is very clean .The staff is very friendly and attentive.The swimming pool is also good.The motel is 5 minutes walk from the beach, it's great!

The size of the bedroom and the bathroom is a bit small. There is no bath. There is no area for smokers.The air conditioning is very noisy but still works well.
