The staff at the desk in the evening were very friendly and polite. The mattress was comfortable.

There were a lot of ants in the bathroom crawling from under the carpet in the entry onto the floor. There were a lot of empty rooms in the back of the hotel yet they placed a family with young children right next to our room, noisy. We were travelling east so not the easiest to get to from main highway……….

The renovations in tbe room were great. Furniture and bathroom counter, sink, shower. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast area was in great shape.

The blinds need replacing to be room-darkening, for the room rate. As well, High Def on the TV would really be icing on the cake for quality. Stretched standard def is a let down, but good to have premium vhannels.

Renovated bathroom was a definite plus. Clean. A/C unit was very strong to keep room cool (but very loud). Everything included in the price: in room fridge, breakfast, parking and wifi.

Wifi did not setup easily on our laptops. Too slow to be useable had to use our cellphone data plans a to connect to wifi/internet.

The Room, facilities in the room, wifi, parking and breakfast were perfect. I appreciate all friendly and nice staff. I also am very thankful of the staff who found my wallet which I left in the room. The reception called me to go back for it before leaving for Toronto. Thank you so much Comfort Inn Windsor!!!!

We were here for medical reasons and had a very unexpected turn of events. The staff at front desk could not have been more understanding and helpful in a stressful situation. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The proximity the hotel to the hospital was convenient.

Easy access to the 401. Beds were very comfortable. We left before breakfast but the setup looked more than adequate. The staff at the front desk was exceptional. Great little eatery across the road with a discount from the hotel.

It met our needs for this trip.

Great place! Bed was amazing, super comfy. Breakfast and gym available. Was a quite area.

There was a weird, loud noise all night in our room. Sounded like something wrong with the air conditioner. Other than that, was a great stay!

What I saw of the breakfast, it looked very good. Unfortunately we did not eat anything other that a coffee each and a pastry. We were in a hurry to get going so did not take the time to eat. The breakfast room was clean and nicely laid out.

The only thing I was disappointed in was the ice machine was on the second floor only and being a senior, the stairs were a little difficult even though I did manage okay.

It was good. Toaster very slow. Inconvenient when crowded. Otherwise fine. Liked having coffee available all the time.

$3.00 for a bottle of water was a little excessive.

The breakfast was amazing. So much selection and all delicious!

The mini fridge was far too warm and no way to adjust it. Also, I would push breakfast until 11 so people could have a little sleep in.
