The room was large enough so we did not feel cramped, the beds and pillows were super comfortable. The lighting was good and the heating and cooling was great. Everything was in walking distance local pubs, restaurants and casino.

The breakfast was terrible. The waffle mix was so watery it ran out of the waffle maker. When I told the employees they said it was fine. The orange juice was watered down, the little disks they called omelettes that were microwave were over cooked. They ran out of fruit salad. I asked for more and they said we have bananas wow. Coffee was terrible. The hotel is close to the bus station. So there is Alot of loitering around the hotel. The smoke detector was going off all night. We couldn't sleep. We asked the front desk attendant for a discount and she stated you must talk to a manager. We said ok can we please. Then she says she's not here. Wow how convenient.

Most hotels have a bathtub; &, have slippery floors. My room at Town Place had a shower with slightly angled floor to move the shower water to the front. The floor of the shower was NOT slippery. When I moved the water fawcet to the half way position; it was perfect. I loved the shower. There was a bar by the back of the shower to hold on to so you don't fall. It was not needed (for me).

Some hotels have parking garages; where I can park with a roof over my car. The Town Place had a $15.00 parking lot next to the hotel. I did like the fact that the lot had a gate that was operated by the reservation attendant. I didn't mind the $15.00 charge. In fact, I liked the fact that someone was controlling the access to the lot. Only a few months ago I had a problem with my Mastercard getting hacked. I have a new credit card and now, I get a warning when purchases are made. While checking in to Town Place, I noticed a $50.00 fee was put on my credit card but, would be removed when I checked out. I am home now and, there is no evidence of the charge on my Mastercard. At the time, it disturbed me that the supposedly $15.00 parking fee had taxes plus the $50.00 deposit on it.

Overall good experience. Good breakfast. Friendly Staff...

We asked for a cot for our room as the pull out was going to be too small for our two kids. The cot wasn't a problem but he said we'd have to move from our suite to a one bedroom suite because of fire hazard regulations. That was fine but the room we were moved to was actually smaller than the one we were in originally. It made so sense. The cot could have fit in the bathroom of the first room there was so much room. In this one it blocked the door to the bedroom. Bizarre. Perhaps management could revisit the reasoning...

The room was much bigger than I expected and the colour scheme was nice. The room layout was good and everything very clean. Common areas too were very clean and had nice styling.

Front desk staff were a little lackluster and didn't seem very interested in engaging with guests at all. Also the room was laid out a little oddly and there was what I believe an air conditioning unit or something in the room which was unexplained and awkward to move around. Not the end of the world, but a bit odd. I had a very short stay so it didn't impact things greatly.

We were in town for a sporting event. Our athlete had to be out the door by 6:45am. The breakfast was fantastic for this purpose - great start time and great food selection.

The only negative thing would be the parking. Although the parking was very convenient in location to the hotel, the payment method ($5 cash bill only) was a pain. Also, the parking lot owners did not have a good gate system and monitoring system. They actually said they would tow our vehicle if we didn't pay but they didn't have a parking validation system in place at all. The hotel was very accommodating in making sure they had $5 bills for us to purchase to pay for the parking.

It was a nice big room with a kitchen and was very clean. It was great that there was a breakfast included (though see below for one issue).

The pull-out sofa bed was not at all comfortable and hadn't been made. We actually got this room to have access to the third 'bed', so it was a disappointment. Everything was fine with the breakfast other than the hot items; the eggs weren't 'real' and only sausages provided each day (variety might have been nice).

Modern hotel. Friendly staff. Spacious room that was clean, filled with new & well maintained appliances, furniture and fixtures. And room & rest of the hotel was very clean. Plus, the hotel was so pet friendly. Was pleasantly surprised & delighted to be there.

When getting breakfast staff inappropriately clean around you making you feel uncomfortable. Almost pushing you put of the way to clean where you are still busy getting something. Staff repeatedly asked if we still had anything in our room while we were getting ready to checkout and pack the car. It takes several trips and while making several trips is when we were asked. Tried to politely reply after the second time that they can go into my room once I check out... They said oh ok. Maybe some better training and manners should be brought up in training. Wierd to experience people doing this kind of stuff and displaying that kind of behaviour. You just don't expect it.

We left very early so didn't take in the breakfast. The location was OK but with the roads blocked due to the Trucker convoy it made it difficult to get to otherwise it would have been fine.

Nothing really. Loved the room and cleanliness of the hotel but also the staff when we checked in were great, friendly and courteous. We would for sure stay with you again at this location.

Location is very close to many amenities. 1-2 minutes walk to the Bus Transit Terminal. And close to many restaurants and fast food shops. Free WiFi was excellent.

The breakfast can be better. It was too monotonous. Include a bit of variety.
