The room condition and staff service perfectly match with the descriptions on the website. Like the K-cup coffee machine, sliding shower doors, bench seat in cushion, sofa single seat and extra USB ports for charging on writing desk. Good provision of light continental breakfast. It is just three minutes to drive to the Devonshire Mall for dining and/or shopping.

Two friendly comments: First, if possible, the K-cup coffee machine and coffee pods could be placed in the living area rather than on the bathroom vanity. Second, it will be ideal if the half used toilet paper is replaced with a fresh roll to ensure guests have access to clean and hygienic bathroom facilities.

Room was nice & clean, continental breakfast was good selection, staff on the ball replenishing, parking was kind of scarves , did not particularly like the fact l was charged twice including the pre authorized amount the night before, all is in order now.coming in late the choice of parking restrained, with no exit on the side, & far away from doors as l am slightly handicapped bad knees going up the stairs not my forte but made it. Tha hair dryer in the room kept cutting out.

Overall ok, big transport taking a lot of the parking, we came in late therefore parking was limited unless you went on the other side but too far to walk This location to be recommended.

Great alternative to staying in Detroit. We came for the Detroit Lions game in America, but stayed at this hotel in Windsor, Ontario. Easy trip back-and-forth across the border. Convenient location to both countries. Wonderful staff, great price, very clean, nice room. We were on a Great Lakes road trip and this was the perfect stop to see like Erie in Ontario, before heading up to Bruce Peninsula to see Lake Huron, and then continuing on to Lake Ontario. 

The room was large and comfortable. I appreciated the quality of the wifi and workspace. There were plenty of hangers, soaps and towels. Many lighting options and it felt fresh and new. Super clean!

The walks are a but thin, and my neighbour was playing loud country music early in the morning. But that just reflects poorly on them, not the hotel. Would definitely stay again! Also, check out the persian market around the corner, next to KFC. They have takeout options. So tasty, cooked over a fire!!

*Very clean. I usually take my own cleaning supplies to wipe surfaces and clean the washroom upon entering but I couldn't find dust or dirty areas,even the air conditioning unit had only a bit of dust. *Very convenient location near restaurants,the mall,Walmart,movie and the downtown location. *It is 14mins from the Ambassador Bridge to Detroit. *The breakfast is sufficient and readily available. * Room attendants were friendly and efficient. * Parking is free and convenient. * Front desk was friendly. *Vending machine was good. * Decor is pleasing and chic. * Excellent value. *Cable worked well. *Quiet and peaceful. *Beds are comfy. I

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly. The included continental breakfast was filling with enough variety to get us started on our day. Easy and plenty of parking.

The location was a ways from the downtown attractions. You would definitely have to drive, you could not walk. Would have been nice if it had a pool or a small bar or lounge for a drink before going to bed.

Property was exceptionally clean and modern. Room was Nice with great Features. Breakfast was a bonus. Great location Walmart close and Goodlife fitness was a walk away. A&W is next door so lunch was close by. Recommend this For a great Stay.

Maybe some bottled water in your room as a welcome here. We had to hit Walmart for some Water.

Sue was nice and cooperative in choosing a room that is convenient for my needs. Check in and check out were a breeze. Room was clean, spacious and beds were comfortable. This is the third time I stay at the hotel and my stays were all pleasant and great. Highly recommended in Windsor, ON.

No pen and note pad. Breakfast is usually on the poor side so I didn’t having breakfast here. Price is a little higher than it should be for a 2 star Inn.

breakfast was included but it was very disappointing. it was just bagels and cereal, no protein choices at all. As a diabetic it was not an adequately balanced breakfast and I ended up having to eat elsewhere. even if maybe boiled eggs or cheese and some fruit were provided it would have been half decent .

we were staying in the hotel one night - heading for Detroit the next day. It is just 7 min to the boarder. The room was clean, bed comfortable, breakfast ok: yogurt, bagels, coffee, jam, cream cheese, apples and bananas. The staff was friendly and supportive. The parking right at the hotel. No restaurant on the premises, but there are some fust food nearby and some good restaurants in 7-10 min driving . There is no elevator. Good value for money
