It was very close to shops and many restaurants. The staff was professional, courteous and welcoming. The staff answered questions and attended to room requests quickly. The hot breakfast was a treat. The entire hotel as well as our room was very clean.

There wasn't much that we didn't like. It was a very hot day, so all of the air conditioners were always on full blast. Nice, but the entire hotel was freezing! Not really a complaint, but a personal preference I guess.

Good for the money. Breakfast was okay. Location is good. Rooms are nice and spacious. Staff is very nice. I have stayed there multiple times and always go there first if available come to Windsor 5-6 times a year.

Room had a dirty shirt in the bottom of the closet which was a bit concerning. Pillows are not comfortable and toilet paper holder is in weird spot

Love the hot breakfast (eggs, sausage, bacon, cereal, muffins, toast, bagels, oatmeal, fruit, waffle maker, etc) and the nicely warmed indoor pool and hot tub. staff was very friendly and festively dressed for New Year’s Eve.

if I had to make a recommendation, I’d like to have milk available at the coffee and tea station.

It looked like the room had just been painted & updated. Loved the clean, large, bright bathroom. Offering breakfast was a real plus.

That the pool & hot tub were closed. Part of why I had chosen your hotel. As two ladies, one Canadian & one American who chose to meet in Windsor for a girls getaway we were looking for time on pool & hot tub.

It was very clean and tidy. The breakfast was good, full of different options.

The pillows were very flat. I will be sure to bring my own pillow from home. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable either and could hear others slam their door until 12:30am. The hot tub was down for maintenance and the pool heater didn’t work. The whole pool area needed some attention.

Breakfast was excellent. Desk staff were amazing.

the room was showing wear and tear... and the air conditioning was inconsistent, but the property is currently being renovated, so that should be amended in the near future.

Front desk personnel (Racquel I think her name was) went beyond what would be expected aiding me in finding a car mechanic. The breakfast was delightful!

The entry to the hotel from a northern approach was difficult. I didn’t see a sign as to where to turn and ended up going further south and using another property to turn.

We had a pristibe well appointed king suite which loved. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Coffee was good and breakfast adequate.

There was only one elevator working which created delays. There were issues wirh lack of hot water. Ran the shower for 5 minutes in order to get it warm enough. More of an inconvenience than a problem.

Right off ambassador bridge for our guests arriving from USA, and not far from our wedding venue. The hotel staff went beyond making sure our food was refrigerated in their large fridge for the venue the next day.

Staff was friendly. The room was spotless! It smelled clean , no odors in the room. Beds were super comfortable. Breakfast was ok it consisted of sausage, scrambled eggs, dried cereals, some baked goods, yogurt and juice Also there is a Tim Hortons across the street. Free parking at this hotel.
