Bestway Motel

I can't rate this motel higher because that wouldn't align with giving a 5 star hotel 10/10 but for what I expected of a cheap motel, I can't complain. It was clean, comfy bed and a good shower. WiFi worked, ample parking, good location if you have a car.

There was renovation work ongoing which meant I got paint on my hand everytime I opened my door. Plus I had to deal with the smell of paint. My bed sheets had holes in them but mainly cosmetic as it was the top sheet. The furniture could do with an update and the room's equipment (a/c, radiator etc.) Needs to be updated/cleaned up as it was quite rusty

The BestWay exceeded my expectations. Although a modest room, it was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. It offers exceptional value for money and it was pleasant dealing with a local family owned business rather than a chain.

I missed having a coffee machine, but there is a Tim's an easy walk away, you can easily see it from the road in front of the BestWay.

Easy check in, when we entered in room we surprised,the room was clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Also , they just did renovations and it’s amazing, outside looks is fantastic as well as interior, bathroom was spotless, I highly recommend this hotel.

It was clean, the owners were friendly and respectful, and there was a nice smelling air freshener which was the cherry on top in our second time here :) Really awesome hotel for the price, and quiet too.

We were late in getting here. I wish we could have fully experienced the full 1pm-11am so there was less feeling rushed. Not the fault of property though

I always stay here so the woman at the front counter recognized me each time I go. I've never had a bad experience staying here They updated the bathrooms not to bad for a quick visit

The window screen was broken kinda seemed like someone tried to break in at some point in time.

It is awesome. Owner and staff are so cooperative. They take care of everything, one even not need to ask any. Apart from that cleanliness and required facilities are at their best. Whenever I need any place to stay I will select Bestway Motel.

Nothing. already it is so good. I likes everything here. Property, facilities and staff everything is at their best. I don't find anything which is not good

We stayed there just for a night, in order to take a flight next morning so everything was good considering our short stay. We liked the express check in and out. The rate was good for Christmas Day.

We would have liked to have the option to have breakfast before leaving.

The beds were extremely comfortable and big. The location was nice, close to several stores, and service was excellent 👌.

Not having a place to cook, take out gets expensive and starts costing more than just being able to cook myself.

Great spot for an overnight stay before crossing the border. Room was large, very clean, upgraded bathroom facilities and beds were comfy. Full kitchen facilities but could use a coffee maker. Location is very convenient. Highly recommend.

The only complaint was the heat. No individual room controls so it was very warm for sleeping. It happened to be unusually mild out and no way to turn the steam heat down. Opened the only window we could but there was a lot of street noise.

I like that it's a family run business. It is clean. It is safe. The new bathrooms are nice, some walk-in showers, and some larger tubs. There are kitchenettes. Incredible value!

There is not much to criticize. I would only point out that units may not be disability friendly.
