Four Points by Sheraton Windsor Downtown

The availability of breakfast however was surprised coffee/tea was separate and not included in the buffet price. Excited to see a Starbucks within the premises making it very easy to pick up coffee to go. Rooms were very clean and appreciated cleaning lady tiding up our rooms every day.

Having to pay for parking and the amount charged per day was a surprise. The parking garage was very tight to access. We had to be careful when driving into and out of the parking lot as we have a F150 vehicle.

Breakfast was great - Cyrstal was our server and she was the only person on staff that morning - seemed a little over worked and didn't smile much. Otherwise she was fantastic, considering it was just her. The location was great - walking distance to alot of things. We used the pool, which was also quite enjoyable. Stewart/Stuart at the front desk was very knowledgeable and accommodating, with a wonderful disposition.

For the price of the room, we feel there should have been a breakfast included, (perhaps even just continental, or 'grab and go'). And, with limited parking available, that should have also been included in the price!

I like the bathroom. I find that the shower was excellent also it was very clean and well lit. the bed was clean and comfortable...

I think for paying over one sixty we the customer should at lease got some kind of complementary breakfast, even if it's just muffin and a hot beverage.

Clean, remodeled, comfortable

Front doors being locked at nine at night. Had to make I was back before then being a single traveller Disappointed I called to cancel a room reservation because of flights being cancelled & unable to make it for the first night & told I was still being charged for it.

The interior was clean and it was well situated near local bars and restaurants.

The area didn’t feel particularly safe, I know that has nothing to do with the hotel but the downtown core was full of people who were not of sound mind.

Liked the parking, although $15 a night is high. Liked the size of the TV.

Bathroom vanity was very small. Smallest I have ever seen at a hotel. AC was a little on the noisy side and the wall controls were disconnected.

Room spacious, nice shower size. Restaurant bar area excellent & pool was well maintained.

Mattresses should be changed. You could tell they were well used.

This place is amazing, free onsite parking, the rooms are fantastic, they even have Netflix on the TV (log into your own account) they are attached to a restaurant which is so handy but most of all the staff are probably the friendliest staff I’ve ever come across! Such nice people, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here time and time again!!

$50 for a dog is the only thing that was a bit steep!

Great location

With the great location you get noise from main strip. Took advantage of the ear plugs the hotel offered as cars and motorcycles were showing off their stuff

Location was in the downtown core. Close to restaurants and a reasonable walk to down to Riverside Drive. Right smack dab in the middle of COVID, bars and restaurants were still open throughout the evening hours and into the early morning. Thankfully the Tunnel has been closed to border traffic, this hotel backs right onto the tunnel entrance/exit from Detroit. Dodged a bullet there with no noise coming from the tunnel. Front desk reception was very kind, courteous, outgoing, welcoming and answered all of our questions. She maintained her social distance and even asked about our stay while we went out for dinner that night.

The parking was a little steep given the room rate and depressed area of Downtown Windsor, however it was the only secure parking above ground level yet was home to so many empty beer bottles by the time we checked out.
